Qin Youxuan was startled and quickly put down the tablet, walking to his side. “Is your wound uncomfortable again? I’ll ask Diwu Zexuan to co and take a look at it.”
Just as Qin Youxuan was about to turn around, Dan Hanjie pulled her into his arms.
His chin rested on her shoulder.
“My foot is fine; it’s just that you ignoring makes my heart hurt.”

He even dared to tease her.

Rui Hui muttered while ntally stabbing a little figurine of him.
She didn’t even notice that Diwu Zexuan’s dark silhouette was hidden in the corner of the hallway, silently observing her indecision and struggle.
He didn’t approach at all.
“Whatever, I, Rui Hui Adolf, can handle both victory and defeat. I can’t back down now; otherwise, that Annoying Guy will laugh at forever. Warm the bed, then warm the bed! What’s the big deal!”
Rui Hui took a deep breath, making up her mind, and strode toward Diwu Zexuan’s lounge.
Once she reached the door, she froze.
She didn’t have the key. Diwu Zexuan hadn’t returned yet, so how was she supposed to get in and warm his bed?
“Seriously, I can’t exactly use facial recognition to get in. How could he not leave a key?” Rui Hui grumbled irritably and slumped down by the door to wait for Diwu Zexuan.
Just thinking about what lay ahead—having to warm the bed with Diwu Zexuan right there—made Rui Hui’s whole body flush.
It wasn’t shyness; it was humiliation!
She, the most pampered daughter of the Adolf family, had been reduced to warming soone’s bed—what a disgrace.

Just as Rui Hui was stewing in her thoughts, her body suddenly tipped backward and fell straight into the room.

Once she recovered, she realized Diwu Zexuan’s door hadn’t been locked at all.
“So careless, not even locking his door.” Rui Hui stood up, dusted off her bottom, and went to find the light switch.
