Walking forward, she reached out to touch the wedding photo on the bedside table, her cat-like eyes narrowing slightly.
It was taken by the seaside. Her flowing dress had fluttered onto Dan Hanjie’s face, and as he turned his head inadvertently, he gazed deeply at her back...
Even now, Qin Youxuan could close her eyes and vividly recall the mont they took that photo.
At the ti, she had nearly drowned in Dan Hanjie’s intense gaze. Even after the photographer called out "OK," she remained dazed for a full half minute before snapping out of it.

"What are you looking at so intently?"
Dan Hanjie’s tall figure appeared at the doorway, his enchanting face dripping with sweat. Dressed in athletic gear, he exuded an aura of crisp vitality mixed with primal virility—a sheer display of post-workout masculine power.
Noticing Qin Youxuan staring blankly at the wedding photo, he strode over to her, clasping her delicate hand.
"What were you thinking about?"
"Nothing much. The photo looks beautiful, I couldn’t help but take a few extra glances." Qin Youxuan calmly withdrew her gaze from the wedding photo and tilted her head to look at the sweat-drenched Dan Hanjie.
"You went to work out? Your leg isn’t ready for running yet..."
"I can carry you without a problem; running is nothing." Dan Hanjie’s face displayed nonchalance.
Seeing her disapproving frown, his thin lips parted slightly, "Fine, I just did so rehab work and practiced shooting for a bit. When the staff ntioned the wedding photo was delivered, I ca back to check it out."
Dan Hanjie pinched Qin Youxuan’s nose. "Perfect timing to catch a dazed little sleepy cat."

Qin Youxuan froze for a mont before realizing he was teasing her. She yanked the towel off his shoulder and threw it over his face.
If she could, she’d pounce on him and smother him—smother him to death!
Dan Hanjie held her firmly, pulling her into his embrace and gently ruffling her hair with affection.
"Dan Hanjie, you’re soaked in sweat and disgusting! Don’t co near !" Qin Youxuan, afraid he might have sothing else in mind, quickly sprang up and dashed toward the bathroom.
"I’ll run you so bathwater. Go take a shower imdiately."
She would never admit it, but Dan Hanjie didn’t sll bad at all. The faint sheen of sweat on his skin made him even more rugged and compelling.
Her petite figure vanished at the bathroom entrance in an instant.
Dan Hanjie sat on the edge of the bed, looking down at his now-empty arm. Turning to glance at the wedding photo on the bedside table, and recalling her earlier distracted expression, his brows furrowed slightly.
After a mont, he stood up.
But instead of going into the bathroom to chase after her, he picked up his phone and walked over to the floor-to-ceiling window, dialing a number.
"Dan Hanjie, the water’s ready. You can take your shower now."
Qin Youxuan soon ca out of the bathroom. Seeing Dan Hanjie standing on the balcony, her cat-like eyes blinked in confusion for a mont.
Wasn’t he just sitting in the room? Why had he ended up on the balcony?
Dan Hanjie hung up, tossed his phone onto the nearby tatami mat, and strode over to Qin Youxuan.
As he passed by, his long arm extended and swept her up, heading straight for the bathroom.
"Bang—"
The bathroom door slamd shut and locked.
His movents were smooth and swift, leaving Qin Youxuan with no ti to react before being tossed into the bathwater-filled tub.
"Blub-blub-blub..."
Qin Youxuan choked on a few mouthfuls of bathwater before finally snapping back to her senses. Grasping the edge of the bathtub, she surged above the water surface.
Just as she was about to curse him, she was pushed back down again.
Escape was impossible, trapped under Dan Hanjie’s Five Finger Mountain...
