Chapter 1759: Chapter 1759: The Most Glorious Mont of Her Life

“Alright, let’s eat first. I’m not forcing you, just reminding you that this wonderful love isn’t like cabbage in the market, where you can get a piece by simply paying; if you encounter it, you should cherish it well. This might be your fate!”

Although Su Yiru said she wasn’t in a hurry, she still couldn’t help but nag a little more.

Ye Mingi dared not respond at this mont, she could only lower her head and eat silently.

After accompanying Su Yiru for the al, she didn’t even dare to speak, and quietly returned to her room.

Only after closing the door did she lean against it as if exhausted.

She closed her eyes wearily.

Not knowing how long she had been in a daze, Ye Mingi finally slowly stood up straight and turned to enter the bathroom.

Turning on the shower, she allowed the water to sprinkle down from above.

lancholic and sorrowful, it washed over her delicate cheeks. It was supposed to be her proudest age, yet it seed as if the blooming season had passed prematurely, directly entering a period of decay.

For the first ti, Ye Mingi felt utterly lost regarding her future.

She grabbed a towel, wrapped herself up, and walked out.

Passing by her wardrobe, she pulled it open. Just as she was about to reach for her pajamas, her eyes glimpsed at a box on the bottom of the wardrobe, her hand suddenly paused.

After hesitating for a while, Ye Mingi finally reached for the box, took it out, and opened it on the table.

Inside the box was an album.

It was full of her photos, those taken before she learned about her origins.

Ye Mingi reached out to flip open the first photo, showing her in a champagne-colored long dress, standing in the center of a banquet hall, holding a glass of red wine, smiling at a reporter taking her picture.

The bright and proud smile seed as distant as if it belonged to a previous life.

The second photo showed her standing on the award platform, giving a speech for the work she designed for a business practice competition. Confident and high-spirited, she lived so freely without knowing how to hide her brilliance.

There were many more, all of them photos taken by the dia at various events she attended.

Su Yiru had thoughtfully created a mory album for her.

At that ti, it was probably the most glorious period of her life.

She had a noble birth, loving parents, and was the center of attention…

When did her world begin to change?

At first, she disliked Qin Youxuan because wherever Qin Youxuan appeared, she would be reduced from the focal point in everyone’s eyes to a supporting role.

The n she liked all focused their attention on Qin Youxuan; she had grown too accustod to having everything she fancied belonging to her.

At that ti, even she despised her own arrogant and domineering self.

Later, she slowly learned to be humble, gradually learning to be modest…

Yet just when she thought God had opened a window for her, she discovered that on the other side of the window stood a devil.

The appearance of Yu Xiuzhun made her so timid and self-abased.

She even resorted to lying constantly…

She hated herself for being like this, yet was so scared that she didn’t dare to resist.

“Bang—”

Ye Mingi’s hand shook, and the heavy album slipped from her grip, heavily falling onto her foot.

She suddenly squatted down, clutching her knees, unable to speak due to the pain.

Tears suddenly erupted from her eyes, filled with unspeakable sadness and grievance.

More than anything, it was sorrow that one couldn’t bear alone, coupled with the pain in her foot, she cried out loud.

The suppressed sobs, in the quiet room, sounded particularly sorrowful…

Ti quietly passed by, and it was already ten o’clock at night when Ye Mingi finally raised her head from her knees.

Her beautiful watery eyes were swollen from crying, resembling two walnuts.
