She searched everywhere but couldn’t find her phone.
Her petite body curled up on the sofa as she began thinking hard.
She clearly had it just a mont ago, how could it suddenly disappear…?
Dan Hanjie just got her a new phone, and if he calls her and she doesn’t answer, he’s probably really going to kill her this ti.
The thought of this possibility made Qin Youxuan tense up all over.
Like a spinning top, she turned around the room, not missing a single corner.
After searching in a circle, she broke out in a sweat and still didn’t find it, collapsing on the floor.

Qin Youxuan’s cat-like eyes suddenly froze as she rembered sothing. She jumped to her feet, turned around, and headed out of the room, ready to go downstairs.
Aside from the bedroom, she’d only been to the guest room on the first floor.
If it wasn’t in the master bedroom, then it must have dropped in the guest room.
In the blink of an eye, Qin Youxuan went downstairs, and just when she thought that Dan Hanxi might be taking a shower in the guest room, her steps suddenly hesitated.
If she went in to get her phone and saw sothing she shouldn’t, would Dan Hanjie kill her?
Most importantly, she didn’t want to be in the sa room with Dan Hanxi.
While Qin Youxuan was hesitating, she suddenly caught a glimpse of a figure out of the corner of her eye sitting in the living room, startling her.
It was Dan Hanxi’s wheelchair…
In the whole private villa, he was the only one in a wheelchair; it couldn’t possibly be soone else.
Once she discovered Dan Hanxi in the living room, Qin Youxuan felt much more at ease.
She looked up and glanced at him.
Dan Hanxi’s wheelchair had its back to her; Qin Youxuan couldn’t see his expression, so she bit her lip and entered the guest room.
After searching for a while, she finally found her phone on the guest room sofa.
“Phew—”
Qin Youxuan glanced at her call history and, seeing no calls from Dan Hanjie, felt completely relieved.
She slipped the phone into her pocket and left the guest room.
Just as she was about to go upstairs, her gaze unconsciously drifted back to Dan Hanxi’s direction.
She kept feeling that his posture was a bit odd.
Unable to resist, she took a few more looks.
Frowning, she thought for a long ti before she rembered why she felt sothing was off.
From the mont she ca downstairs until just now, she had been watching him for so long, yet Dan Hanxi hadn’t reacted at all.
With his level of alertness, he shouldn’t be like this.
Moreover, how could soone maintain the sa posture for such a long ti?
Could sothing have gone wrong?
Qin Youxuan’s nerves tensed up, and she instinctively stepped forward.
After a few steps, she stopped again.
She raised her hand and gave her forehead a hard slap.
Dammit, he just tricked her once last ti, yet she never seems to learn.
Bad things last a thousand years; it’s impossible for Dan Hanxi to die so easily.
Qin Youxuan retracted her steps and walked a few paces toward the staircase.
Just as she touched the stair railing, she couldn’t help but glance back again.
Dan Hanxi still hadn’t reacted…
Qin Youxuan bit her lip, her clear cat-like eyes showing her struggle.
Forget it, even if it were a little cat or dog, she wouldn’t be able to ignore it.
Might as well check it out; if Dan Hanxi were really in trouble here, it would indeed be a big problem.
Consoling herself, Qin Youxuan quickly turned around and walked forward, reaching Dan Hanxi in one breath.
When she saw his bloodless face and pale, thin lips, she was completely stunned.
“Dan Hanxi!”
Qin Youxuan was in a daze for a few seconds and instinctively reached out to push him.
After pushing several tis, Dan Hanxi still didn’t respond.
His body felt very stiff and exuded a chill.
