“I wish he wasn’t right now, that troublemaking little brat, always stirring up trouble for .” Dan Hanjie tightened his grip slightly on Qin Youxuan’s arm.

“… Do you really want a little princess?” Qin Youxuan twisted the hem of her clothes, mumbling softly.
“Qin Youxuan, look into my eyes!” Dan Hanjie’s voice sunk as he grabbed her shoulders, applying slight pressure, forcing Qin Youxuan to lift her head to look at him.
“I said I wouldn’t let you give birth again; we already have Tingye, and I don’t need you risking it again, did you hear!”
“But you like daughters…”
“I only like you, to hell with the daughters without you!” Dan Hanjie growled, pulling her petite body into his embrace.
If she didn’t give birth to the child, he wouldn’t give it a second glance.
“I didn’t say I wanted to give birth, just asking, you don’t have to get so nervous, Dan Hanjie, you’re squeezing too hard.” Qin Youxuan pushed against his chest, retreating a bit.
Seeing the man’s sowhat tense face, a smile crept up from her lips.
Rising on her toes, she kissed his lips.
“You’ve forgotten, I’m cold-natured, even if I want to have a child, I might not conceive. Without your agreent, it’s impossible for to secretly get pregnant.”

Upon hearing this, Dan Hanjie’s stern face relaxed a bit.
With how many tis they’ve been together, not always using precautions, yet Qin Youxuan shows no signs, it proves there’s really nothing going on.
“I’m going to take a shower.” Seeing that he was okay, Qin Youxuan turned, closed the wardrobe, and headed to the bathroom.
“I’ll join you.” Dan Hanjie’s wolf-like eyes lit up as he eagerly followed.

When Qin Youxuan left the bathroom, she looked exhausted.
Just as Dan Hanjie put her on the bed, she sprang up.
“I’m thirsty, going downstairs for a glass of water, you sleep first.”
Qin Youxuan finished speaking and quickly dashed out of the bedroom without looking back.
She waited a mont at the stairway, sighed in relief upon seeing Dan Hanjie didn’t follow, and slowly walked downstairs.
To be safe, she decided to have a glass of water first, then wait for about half an hour for Dan Hanjie to fall asleep before returning to the room.
Just as Qin Youxuan reached downstairs, she was stunned by the wheelchair parked in the living room.
Dan Hanxi seed to catch her footsteps, slowly turning the wheelchair around.
Facing Qin Youxuan’s surprised eyes, his thin lips parted slightly.
“Couldn’t sleep, so I ca outside to sit for a bit. Do you have ti to chat with ?”

Qin Youxuan hesitated for a few seconds, then stepped forward, first heading to the kitchen to pour two glasses of water and brought them back to the living room.
She pushed a glass in front of Dan Hanxi.
“Has your body truly recovered?” Qin Youxuan’s cat eyes glanced around for a mont before voicing her biggest curiosity.
“You’re quite direct, couldn’t be a bit more tactful?” Dan Hanxi smiled slightly, his expression betraying no real emotion.
Even the smile on his face beca elusive due to the coldness in his eyes.
“Your complexion looks much better, no, it should be like your body is fully recovered.” Qin Youxuan took a sip of water, holding the glass in her hand.
