She slapped his hand away and slowly got up.
She glanced at Yu Xiuzhun, who hadn’t yet recovered from his shock, and walked towards the bathroom.
Just as she was stepping into the bathroom, Yu Xiuzhun suddenly rembered sothing and quickly followed her.
He squeezed in when Ye Mingi was about to close the door.
“Yu Xiuzhun, why are you following in?” Ye Mingi looked at the man, who stood by the toilet before her, in astonishnt.
“You’re weak. I’m watching over you in case you faint again,” Yu Xiuzhun said matter-of-factly, without feeling he was doing anything wrong.
She’s pregnant now; if she falls in the bathroom, it’s too dangerous.

Did he think she’d be able to squat down with him staring at her like this?
Ye Mingi rolled her eyes at the ceiling and turned to walk out.
Might as well let her hold it in!
“Why are you going out? The doctor said you need to rest and avoid moving around. Whatever you need, I can get it for you,” Yu Xiuzhun asked good-naturedly.
Ye Mingi looked at him as if she’d seen a ghost.
In her mory, she had never seen Yu Xiuzhun like this.
So gentle and considerate that it made her skin crawl.
“Yu Xiuzhun, what other sches do you have? Can you tell at once? You’re sticking to like a haunting spirit. I don’t recall what I did in my past life to deserve you being so determined to ruin in this one!”
“You’re not well; let’s not discuss this now. Since you need the bathroom, I’ll step out,” Yu Xiuzhun compromised, stepping towards the door.
“I’ll wait right outside. If you feel unwell, just call out, and I’ll co in imdiately.”

Ye Mingi glared at him, locked the door without a word.
She checked her body and found out Yu Xiuzhun was right.
Ye Mingi didn’t think much of it, assuming the discomfort was just due to a visit from her period. She freshened up a bit and washed her face before opening the bathroom door.
Sure enough, Yu Xiuzhun was standing outside like a sentry, as he said he would.
As soon as he saw Ye Mingi co out, without a word, he scooped her up and carried her towards the hospital bed, placing her down carefully.
He touched her forehead with his big hand, his fingertips sliding to her cheek, his voice very soft.
“Are you hungry? Want sothing to eat?”
“Seeing you makes lose my appetite. I want to be discharged and go ho,” Ye Mingi frowned.
She didn’t like hospitals.
And it’s just her period; she’s not so fragile as to need hospitalization.
If there’s any stress, it’s definitely caused by Yu Xiuzhun. It would be insane to stay with him any longer.
“You can’t go back now,” Yu Xiuzhun said firmly, his eyes flashing.
“Why can’t I go back?” Ye Mingi asked, puzzled, “Yu Xiuzhun, what are you scheming again?”
Thinking of those reports, Ye Mingi’s face instantly darkened.
She bit her lip, not even wanting to talk to him. Turning her head, she saw her bag on the table, reached for it, and took out her phone to call her bodyguard.
Before her finger could press the dial button, a large hand took the phone from hers.
“Stay by my side and recover well. Once you’re better, I’ll have those photos dealt with,”
Yu Xiuzhun spoke softly, enunciating each word.
His deep, mischievous eyes locked firmly on Ye Mingi’s face.
“What did you say?”
Ye Mingi paused her hand, surprised, and looked up at him, “How are you going to deal with it?”
