“All traditional Chinese dicine, for health managent.” Ye Mingi gratefully looked at Qin Youxuan who helped change the subject and walked over to put the package on the table.
With such a big package of dicine, she knew it would eventually be noticed.
“What’s wrong with your health? Why are you taking dicine for no reason?”
Seeing Ye Mingi bring ho so much dicine, Su Yiru montarily forgot her anger, hurriedly got up from the sofa, walked over to her, and examined Ye Mingi from head to toe, afraid she might have gotten hurt.

At the ntion of another hospital visit, Ye Mingi shook her head vehently like a rattle-drum.
She had been hospitalized for a week, and finally managed to get out; she didn’t want to go back in.
“Mom, you’re not mad at anymore?”

Su Yiru lightly tapped Ye Mingi’s head, looking like she wished she could do better for her.
“I didn’t an to hide it, I was just afraid you’d get mad if you found out and it would affect your creative inspiration, so I didn’t say anything right away. Later… the company had affairs, so I was on a business trip, and it dragged on until now.”
Ye Mingi explained weakly, guiltily glancing at Qin Youxuan.
Even though Jin Chenye had promised to help keep it from Qin Youxuan too, she felt like Qin Youxuan already knew she hadn’t actually been on a business trip.
“Then what’s with this newspaper?” Su Yiru picked up the newspaper from the table. “Are the photos real or fake?”
“Of course, they’re fake. Yu Xiuzhun and I haven’t been in contact for a long ti; I don’t even know where the dia got these photos. They’re all baseless reports.”
Ye Mingi rubbed her arms, mustering the courage to speak.
Cautiously glancing at Qin Youxuan, she found her rely pressing her lips together, without any intention of exposing her lies.
Ye Mingi let out a long sigh of relief.

Su Yiru forcefully threw the newspaper into the trash can.
