At the hospital, Jin Chenye led Ye Mingi to the entrance of a ward, then went to take care of the visitor procedures.

She gently pushed the door open and walked in.
The white hospital room was very quiet.
The entire room had only one hospital bed, with a table by its side at the sa height as the bed.
The room’s light color palette exuded a hint of lancholy.
A vase was placed on the table, its glass material reflected a soft luster in the faint light.
This was not the ti for rounds, so in the room, there was only a resting assistant and the suddenly appearing Ye Mingi.
"Miss Ye."
Upon seeing Ye Mingi, the assistant on the hospital bed propped his hands on the edge anxiously trying to sit up.
"Your injuries haven’t healed yet, just lie back." Ye Mingi turned to close the door, quickly stepped forward, and pressed down on his shoulders.
She placed the supplents and fruits she had brought on the bedside table.

Ye Mingi stood by the bed, apologizing sowhat guiltily.
To protect her alone, two people were implicated.
"Hospitalized... Miss Ye, Mr. Yu’s child... cough cough!" When the assistant heard Ye Mingi’s words, his expression suddenly changed, and he anxiously tried to speak, but ended up coughing hard.
The exertion pulled at his wound, turning his face pale.

The assistant, his emotions stirred, tried to pull the IV needle out of his hand.
"Don’t do this, it’s not your fault, let finish!" Ye Mingi ca to her senses and quickly reached out to stop him.
