The little head turned, looking at the sleeping Ye Mingi, with so hesitation, "Can’t mom co with us?"
"Rember what Uncle told you?" Diwu Zexuan raised an eyebrow.
ii nodded obediently, repeating, "This is our secret, we can’t let anyone else know, especially mom. Daddy is sick, if mom finds out she’ll be worried, and ii can’t let mom worry."
Diwu Zexuan looked at her delicate, exquisite little face, smiling, and carried her, stepping outside.
It wasn’t until they entered the elevator that ii’s expression began to change from anticipation to nervousness.
The pretty little face, tense and tight.
Her small arms wrapped tightly around Diwu Zexuan’s neck, afraid she might fall.
Diwu Zexuan let her hold him, knowing the little girl was nervous about eting her father for the first ti, a gentle smile remained on his face.
If the little girl knew what he had done to Yu Xiuzhun, she probably wouldn’t be nervous now.
Thinking of this, Diwu Zexuan’s lips curled into a sly smile... the sight made the assistant’s hair stand on end.
"Mr. Diwu, where’s Daddy?"
As soon as ii entered the ward, her big eyes began darting around, spinning like a top in the room, searching every place where soone could hide.
After searching for a while without seeing any trace of life, she walked back to Diwu Zexuan disappointed, lifting her little head to ask.
"Follow ."
Diwu Zexuan took her small hand, walked to the bedside, and lifted ii up, "Do you know why I brought you here?"
"..."
ii paused, gently shook her head, and looked curiously at Diwu Zexuan.
In her heart, Uncle Diwu was like a magician, able to conjure up many things for her.
"This is where you were born, on the day you were born, your dad was in the next room, listening to your cries, for the first ti, he responded."
Seeing the little girl freeze, Diwu Zexuan, smiling wickedly, picked up her soft little body, and stepped toward the wall.
"Co on, go see your prince of a dad waiting for you to wake him with a kiss."
"Is Daddy the sleeping prince?" ii’s bright eyes sparkled.
"If you can wake him with a kiss, then yes," Diwu Zexuan teased ii, pressing his finger on the wall connecting the two rooms, and a hidden passage opened up on the wall.
Just like the day ii was born three years ago, Diwu Zexuan held the now three-year-old ii, walked through the passage, straight into the adjoining ward, and approached Yu Xiuzhun’s hospital bed.
On the bed, lay a handso figure, the blanket covering up to his head, obscuring much of his face.
"Daddy—"
ii, who had seen the video of her birth, imdiately beca excited upon seeing the person on the bed, climbing out of Diwu Zexuan’s arms in a rush, charging toward the bed.
Her little arms and legs scrambled upward, she climbed onto the bed and rushed at Yu Xiuzhun, reaching out to tug the blanket covering him.
Her little mouth puckered, just about to kiss Yu Xiuzhun awake when suddenly faced with a pair of deep, wicked eyes!
Looking at Yu Xiuzhun’s enchanting handso face, her excited gaze, ii’s little face froze, her big beautiful eyes blinked rapidly, as if encountering a puzzle, her anxiety turned her head toward Diwu Zexuan, almost crying.
"Mr. Diwu, I haven’t kissed Daddy yet, but he’s already awake, is he still my Daddy?"
