Qin Youxuan suddenly cried out anxiously, standing up from her chair to wrap her arms around his sturdy waist from behind.
“Take care of yourself… I’ll wait for you to co back…”

She felt an inexplicable unease as she watched him go, whether it was because of Yao’s words or sothing else, she wasn’t sure.

Sensing her unease, Dan Hanjie turned around and pulled her into his arms.
“I’ve just found a clue, I’ll check it out and be back soon.” Dan Hanjie cradled her face, and seeing her furrowed brows, he picked her up and headed upstairs.
He carried Qin Youxuan all the way to the bedroom and put her down on the bed.
“Take a good rest, I’ll be back by the ti you wake up, okay?”
A mischievous smile ford on Dan Hanjie’s face as he lowered his head to kiss her lips.
They tangled and kissed until Qin Youxuan was breathless, only then did he reluctantly let go of her.
“Really want to have you before I go.”
“I’m going to sleep…”
Qin Youxuan’s cheeks flushed, she quickly pulled the quilt over, hiding herself completely.
Only after hearing the footsteps leaving the bedside, did she peek out from under the quilt.
She carefully looked around, making sure the room was empty, then she quickly sat up.
She ran to the window.
Just as Dan Hanjie’s tall figure stepped into the car.
He turned back, looking towards the direction of the bedroom.
Qin Youxuan quickly hid behind the balcony plants, concealing herself perfectly.
Not until his car drove out of Yujing Villa did she slowly peek out.
