Jin Chenye said jokingly, thought for a mont, and still felt uneasy, “Do you feel uncomfortable anywhere?”

“Check her quickly. Is there any issue?”

They did not fight. He didn’t even give her the chance to quarrel. He simply condemned her to death.

Jin Chenye furrowed his eyebrows and walked towards her with large strides.
Qin Youxuan’s pale face, with thick bandages wrapped around her wrists and ankles, quietly sat on the hospital bed, calmness that broke one’s heart.
He had never seen her so listless, as if all the faith in life had faded away.

He was even more confused.
Dan Hanjie had painstakingly snatched her away from his side. When Qin Youxuan disappeared, he frantically locked down the city to find her. They finally found her, but he was nowhere to be seen.
