"Mumu said that the things inside are not to be damaged. So are antiques—you can’t afford to break them. Also, don’t take anything out, or don’t bla for not showing leniency," Li Caixia haughtily looked at the sisters-in-law.

Lin Juan’s face stiffened. She had indeed planned to sneak so good things back. Since Li Caixia said these are antiques, they must be expensive.

If she had known earlier how wealthy Yin Yang’s family was, she would’ve been the first to curry favor with him when he ca to the countryside as an educated youth.

With Li Caixia overseeing, the wedding banners and characters were quickly put up, and the entire courtyard was filled with a festive atmosphere, making Li Caixia extrely satisfied.

"Sister-in-law, will Mumu and the others live here after they get married?" Lin Juan sowhat ingratiatingly approached Li Caixia.

"Of course, this is their new house," Li Caixia held her head high. Xu Mumu had ntioned that after the wedding, they would still live in that small courtyard. Taking care of such a big house is too much trouble, so the small courtyard is better. But facing Lin Juan, appearances were more important.

"With such a big house, they can’t possibly live here alone. Mumu didn’t invite you to live here? It would be comfortable, and living together would an looking out for each other. After all, Yin Yang only has a grandfather and no other relatives," Lin Juan tried to persuade Li Caixia.

"Hah, live here? We bought our own house in the provincial city and don’t lack a place to live," Li Caixia glanced faintly at Lin Juan. Her daughter and son-in-law planned to return to the provincial city and live next to them. These houses would be rented out in the future, just to collect rent.

After mingling with the Won’s Federation for so long, she couldn’t be unaware of Lin Juan’s little sches—just trying to get so benefits from her family. As long as she was around, the third household didn’t stand a chance.

No matter what Lin Juan thought, with the house tidied up, Li Caixia simply closed the door and led a group of people back.

When they returned ho, Professor Song and the others had already arrived. Xu Mumu and Yin Yang were cleaning the fish sent by Zhou Yunhong in the courtyard.

God knows where Zhou Yunhong got two big carp. Xu Mumu planned to have them for dinner tonight, and Zhou Yunhong was also asked to stay.

Once Madam Chen and the rest returned, she imdiately ordered the second and third families to clean the fish, letting Xu Mumu and Yin Yang rest on the side.

But Li Caixia began chatting with Zhou Yunhong. This young man had co to their ho several tis, always delivering things. She knew he was friends with Yin Yang.

"Zhou, are you married yet?" Li Caixia bead with a maternal smile, having already assessed Zhou Yunhong multiple tis—he wasn’t bad-looking and quite capable. She had so matchmaking ideas, with a particularly lovable girl in her office whom she liked very much. If Zhou Yunhong wasn’t married, she could introduce them.

"Not yet." Zhou Yunhong looked helpless. By Li Caixia’s deanor, it was clear she wanted to matchmake him. But he was busy, too. The marriage matter had been put off for now; every day, he had to help Yin Yang with lots of tasks, no less busy than Huo Qingze.

"You’re not young anymore. Is there anyone you like?" Li Caixia asked, a little nosy, staring at Zhou Yunhong.

"Not yet. I haven’t considered marriage for now." Zhou Yunhong shot a pleading look at Yin Yang, but sadly, Yin Yang completely ignored him. There were many weddings; he had never paid attention to his subordinates’ personal lives. Letting the future mother-in-law help out was okay.

"How can that be? You have a job and don’t want a wife? Soone to cook for you, wash your clothes, and bear your children?" Li Caixia’s voice was filled with temptation.

Zhou Yunhong was a bit swayed by Li Caixia’s words. Living alone, he either cooked for himself or ate at state-run restaurants, and doing laundry himself, he returned ho every day without anyone to talk to.

Having such a person around would free up more ti for other pursuits. Marrying a wife seed like a good idea.

"I-I just haven’t t the right one. I’m just an orphan with few girls fancying ," Zhou Yunhong said, a montary sadness crossing his face when recalling his background.

Throughout the years, so girls had shown interest in him, but upon learning he was an orphan, many were turned away.

"What’s that got to do with anything? You have a job, money, and you’re responsible. Those girls are blind. How about I introduce you to a girl?" Li Caixia’s eyes lit up, looking at Zhou Yunhong.

While Li Caixia chatted with Zhou Yunhong, Qian Ying pricked up her ears, shot a glance at her daughter, and pondered whether to ask her daughter’s opinion. Good n are quickly snapped up these days, and finding one from a good family is not easy.

In the evening, two large pots of pickled fish were prepared. The pickles were brought by Qian Ying from her hotown, with just the right sourness, which Xu Mumu really liked.

The two pots of pickled fish were devoured clean by the whole family.

"Second Aunt’s culinary skills just keep getting better," Xu Mumu comnted with a sigh, patting her stomach. She had ntioned wanting to lose weight, but here she was overeating again. Oh well, she’ll deal with dieting after the New Year. During this period, with all the feasting, it’s futile to think about losing weight.

Except for the third family, the brothers from the Old Xu Family had all co over, probably bringing along all the cured ats and sausages their family had prepared. Xu Mumu estimated that even after they left, they wouldn’t finish all that cured at and sausages.

"It really is pretty good," Yin Yang smiled blandly. Watching Xu Mumu rub her belly, amusent flickered in his eyes.

In a few days, he would be able to marry the girl he loved.

Next up was the New Year, for which Yin Yang and Xu Mumu weren’t sitting idle. They were finalizing the guest list for their wedding, neither planning for an extensive event—those invited were naturally close ones.

Xu Mumu’s side included the people from the Old Xu Family, while Yin Yang’s side only had his grandfather. Besides a few professors and deans, there was just Huo Qingze left and several of Yin Yang’s local subordinates. All together, they could fill five or six tables, which wasn’t a small number.

"These are the ones; let’s not invite others," Yin Yang said calmly.

"That’s fine," Xu Mumu agreed with a nod. So many people would be lively enough.

"I’ll have Yun Hong notify them tomorrow," Yin Yang said with a smile. The feast was also arranged at the Prince Mansion; he had already made all the arrangents, now just waiting to get married.

Soon, it was New Year’s Day. Yin Yang ca over early, with Professor Song and the others alongside. In the kitchen, Madam Chen and several aunts were making glutinous rice dumplings, which would be breakfast.

"Fengfeng, don’t put your hand in the stove," Madam Chen’s sharp voice pierced Xu Mumu’s ears.

Xu Mumu looked over, and sure enough, her little brother was starting to act up again.
