According to the normal plot.

Kian Holden ambushes Caleb Ford, and Caleb, unable to swallow this, will definitely clash head-on with Kian Holden's n.

Then a large-scale bloodshed occurs.

The city initiates an accountability chanism.

As the primary responsible person in Stillwater County at the ti, Donal Lewis would either be dismissed or demoted. Either way, Donal Lewis would not have a good outco.

Sherman Sumrs, who was out on a research inspection, would rush back to Stillwater County imdiately to preside over the situation.

Successfully resolving this bloody incident.

Without Donal Lewis obstructing.

And with Kelton Levin's support in the city, it wouldn't be impossible for Sherman Sumrs to leap a level and directly assu the top position after this incident.

Unfortunately.

This plan was seen through by Dirk Carter from the start.

In collaboration with Caleb Ford, they staged a trap to catch Kian Holden red-handed.

In the end, Kian Holden lost both his n and the bargain while Caleb Ford acquired the Azure Creek Gardens estate at a very low price, making quite a profit.

After this farce.

An awkward twist followed.

Garnett Golding received a call from Kian Holden saying many people had died. He quickly blocked him, intending to distance himself from the matter and then imdiately reported this "good news" to Sherman Sumrs.

Upon receiving the news, Sherman Sumrs was instantly wide awake, laughed loudly three tis, and called Kelton Levin in the city, explaining the entire situation with a hint of taking credit.

Kelton Levin was also overjoyed after hearing the news.

He imdiately ordered the city police departnt to take action overnight, heading to Stillwater County for "cleanup."

The city police departnt dispatched ten police cars to Stillwater County, but the local police were baffled because they hadn't heard of any bloody incident that night.

The city departnt wasn't willing to give up.

They rushed to the sales center and the Apex Group building.

Though the place was a ss.

There were no traces of bloodshed whatsoever at the scene.

The city departnt returned in embarrassnt.

Upon learning the news, Kelton Levin was so angry he nearly spat blood and called to furiously scold Sherman Sumrs.

Sherman Sumrs was equally bewildered.

He urgently sought to verify the situation.

Only to discover that his plan had completely fallen apart.

If he had wings, he might have flown back to Stillwater County to slap Garnett Golding across the face.

This battle did not shake the heavens or move the spirits, and hardly any of the public knew about it, but for Donal Lewis, it was a heart-stopping crisis he survived.

If not for Dirk Carter's early preparations.

His career as the County Committee's Secretary might have ended.

Three days later.

Sherman Sumrs got off the train at Ardmore City's train station.

Just as he exited the station, a young man approached and asked, "Excuse , are you Magistrate Sumrs?"

Sherman Sumrs did not recognize the young man in front of him and frowned, asking, "Who are you..."

"Hello, Magistrate Sumrs, I am the secretary to Vice Chairman yer. The leader asked to pick you up, saying he has sothing to discuss with you."

Vice Chairman yer?

Juwan yer!

Hearing this na, Sherman Sumrs shivered slightly.

He followed the young man into a car.

The car quickly drove away from the train station.

However, instead of heading towards the city, it went further into the countryside.

Sherman Sumrs didn't ask.

After about half an hour.

The car stopped at the entrance of a hospital.

"Ardmore City's 102 Hospital!"

This hospital in Ardmore City is well-known because it's also known as Ardmore City Psychiatric Hospital.

The young man quickly got out of the car, opened the door for Sherman Sumrs, and said, "Magistrate Sumrs, our leader is waiting for you inside."

With his guidance.

Sherman Sumrs was led to the hospital garden.

At the center, in a pavilion, a middle-aged man was waiting there.

Sherman Sumrs recognized him; it was Juwan yer, the Vice Chairman of the Ardmore City Political Consultative Conference.

"Hello, Vice Chairman yer."

Sherman Sumrs slightly bowed and greeted.

Juwan yer nodded, pointed to a stone bench before them, and said, "Sit down."

Juwan yer, 58 years old, Vice Chairman of the Ardmore City Political Consultative Conference. At 56, he was transferred from his position as an Ardmore City Committee mber, Standing Committee mber, and United Front Work Departnt head.

Sherman Sumrs just sat down.

Juwan yer said slowly, "I've heard about the events in Stillwater County. Was it your doing?"

"Vice Chairman yer, you've misunderstood. This matter has nothing to do with ,"

Sherman Sumrs was startled and quickly defended himself.

Juwan yer sneered and said, "I haven't said what the matter is, and you're already saying it wasn't you. Isn't this just a case of the guilty party giving themselves away?"

Sherman Sumrs was embarrassed.

Just as he was about to defend himself, Juwan yer raised his hand and said, "Alright, no need to explain. I've already had people investigate; the incident with Kian Holden was entirely your orchestration. How do you feel now? Isn't it frustrating?"

Since he'd been exposed.

Sherman Sumrs saw no further need to hide it.

Seeing him silent, Juwan yer said, "I've also uncovered another piece of information: the reason Kian Holden's actions failed was all because of one man."

"Who?"

Sherman Sumrs eagerly asked.

Juwan yer said, "Dirk Carter!"

"Dirk Carter? Him? That's impossible."

Sherman Sumrs clearly didn't believe it.

Juwan yer chuckled and said, "Ever since my son was admitted to this hospital, I've had people keeping tabs on Dirk Carter; he foresaw this matter and alerted Caleb Ford."

"Damn it, that ingrate Dirk Carter, see if I don't deal with him!"

Sherman Sumrs murmured.

Seeing him so upset.

Juwan yer said, "In this matter, our goals align."

"What do you an, Vice Chairman yer?"

"Simple, I want to deal with Dirk Carter, and so do you; in this, I will help you."

"How do you plan to help?"

Sherman Sumrs asked.

Juwan yer smiled slightly and said, "I'm old, so the help I can offer is limited. So, how you need to help, you propose, and I'll handle it. I just want one outco: for this Dirk Carter to never see the light of day again in his life."

"How is your son doing lately?"

Sherman Sumrs asked with feigned concern.

Juwan yer paused, stood up, and said, "Co with ."

Under Juwan yer's guidance.

The two took an elevator to the top floor of the 102 Hospital.

Then, they walked down the deepest part of the corridor.

At the entrance to the ward.

A young man was standing guard.

Seeing Juwan yer approach, he opened the door for them.

As soon as the two entered, the sound of singing and dancing birds filled the air.

Soon before their eyes was a huge glass wall.

Juwan yer said, "Relax, this is a one-way mirror. We can see inside, but they can't see out."

Looking inside, Sherman Sumrs saw a lavishly decorated living room, complete with sofa and TV.

In the center of the room, Adair yer, wearing hospital clothes and with a cloth over his eyes, seed to be playing hide and seek.

And his targets were four young won dressed in nurse uniforms, so hiding behind the sofa, so next to the TV; they were all visible to those outside.

"Are you all hiding well? Here I co."

Adair yer shouted lecherously and charged towards the sofa.

The first nurse couldn't hide in ti and was directly caught by Adair yer.

The nurse quickly covered her mouth, as if not to make a sound.

Adair yer tore off the nurse's buttons and rubbed her breasts, guessing, "It's Lily, isn't it Lily?"

The girl by the TV giggled, covering her mouth, "No, you guessed wrong."

"Guessed wrong?"

Adair yer was montarily puzzled.

Then, with a rip, he tore open the nurse uniform of the woman he had caught.

He pinned her directly to the sofa.

At this point, Sherman Sumrs outside realized that the nurse's uniform was actually worn over nothing.
