Seeing Pierce Griffin about to leave.

Herman Bates leisurely called out, "Stop right there!"

Pierce Griffin halted his steps.

Herman Bates sneered, "Director Griffin, let remind you, I am the top official in Rexton City, and Dirk Carter is rely a City Governnt Secretary. Does he have the authority to give you orders?"

With these words said.

The room fell silent.

At this mont.

Fabian Vincent said, "The police departnt is under the Municipal Governnt. Comrade Dirk is my chief secretary, and his orders are my orders. Director Griffin, just go ahead and execute them. Whatever issue arises, I'll handle it."

"Understood, Mayor Vincent."

Pierce Griffin finished speaking and left directly.

Herman Bates was so enraged, his beard bristled, and his eyes glared.

He glanced at Lloyd Hale.

Lloyd Hale also stood up and walked out.

It seed like he was going to disrupt Pierce Griffin's efforts.

This detail, of course, didn't escape Dirk Carter's attention.

He looked at Herman Bates and said, "Secretary Bates, could we have a word?"

Herman Bates hesitated for a mont, then directly stood up and walked out of the operations room.

At the end of the corridor.

He lit a cigarette.

Seeing Dirk Carter approach, he asked coldly, "What do you want to talk about?"

Dirk Carter sighed and said, "Secretary Bates, John Houseman is a ticking ti bomb. If we're not careful, it could explode. I advise you not to get involved, or it might end up burning you."

"What do you an by that? I ca here today to capture John Houseman. Do you really think I let him go?"

Herman Bates asked.

Dirk Carter smirked coldly.

He said, "If John Houseman manages to escape, nothing happens. But if he doesn't, there will definitely be trouble. At that point, soone will be discarded like an old shoe, and it'll be too late for regrets."

Herman Bates chuckled.

He said, "Dirk Carter, I don't need you to worry about my affairs. You should take care of yourself. Don't think that just because you have so big shots backing you, you can do whatever you want in Rexton City. Just because justice is late doesn't an it won't co. We'll see."

With that remark.

Herman Bates left.

Watching his retreating figure, Dirk Carter shook his head.

Murmuring, he said, "Herman Bates, Herman Bates, you've made a colossal mistake in your move..."

Around 2:10 in the morning.

John Houseman drove to the Wyvern River Port located in Goldridge County.

Sure enough, he saw the tin house that his savior had ntioned.

He looked around.

After confirming no one was following him.

John Houseman knocked on the door of the tin house.

He waited about three minutes before the door opened.

John Houseman had long since grown impatient.

Complained, "Can you move faster, so sluggish."

He hadn't clearly seen the person before him.

He forcibly pushed the door open and went inside.

"Turn on the light, do you want to trip over?"

John Houseman cursed.

With a click, the light ca on.

In front of him was a rather shabby bedroom.

A bed, a tattered cabinet, and a small wooden table, aside from that, there was nothing else.

Standing before him was a woman who appeared to be in her thirties, groggy with sleep, as if she had just crawled out of bed.

The woman looked quite nice.

Perhaps due to haste, she was just wearing an oversized n's T-shirt.

The neckline was so wide.

It had slipped down.

Exposing her ample chest halfway.

She seed to be braless, with noticeable protrusions on her chest.

The hem of the T-shirt covered crucial parts, but two fair thighs were exposed to view.

Seeing John Houseman's slightly odd gaze on her.

The woman hurriedly adjusted her clothes.

Then gestured, making so unintelligible sounds at John Houseman.

"Mute?"

John Houseman asked.

The woman, seemingly able to read lips, nodded.

John Houseman continued to ask, "When will the boat arrive?"

The woman gestured a "three" with her hand, then continued her unintelligible sounds.

At this mont, John Houseman's mind started to wander.

His lecherous gaze road over the woman's body.

Licking his lips.

He said, "There's still forty-five minutes until the boat arrives. How about we have so fun?"

The woman didn't seem to understand.

She looked at him with confusion.

John Houseman closed the door and locked it.

Turning to the woman, he said, "Don't worry, I won't touch you for free. I'll pay double, even triple the boat fare. Damn it, I'm full of pent-up frustration, let this young master release so."

After saying this.

John Houseman began to undress.

The woman finally understood his intentions.

She waved her hands repeatedly, stepping back step by step.

By this ti.

John Houseman was already nude.

He pounced toward the woman.

The woman was mute, unable to cry out, but she struggled desperately.

John Houseman pinned her down on the bed. His forced attempts several tis failed.

Fury surged within him.

He slapped the woman's face several tis and viciously said, "You're lucky I'm willing to sleep with you; you should be thankful. If you don't cooperate, believe it or not, I'll kill you?"

Such a sinister glare.

Finally instilled fear in the woman.

Her resisting limbs went limp.

Seeing this.

A ripping sound.

He tore the woman's T-shirt to shreds.

Two snow-white, full breasts bounced free.

Without concern for modesty.

John Houseman buried his head between them.

Weaving back and forth between the two bountiful mounds.

After a flurry of activity.

The urgency below could no longer be contained.

He imdiately lifted the woman's legs, aid at her intimate area, and forcibly penetrated.

In that instant.

John Houseman let out an excited growl.

His waist powered up, shaking like an engine starting.

The mute woman above him wore a look of despair.

No telling how long it went on.

John Houseman only felt his lower half lighten, collapsing on the mute woman's chest.

Murmuring, he said, "Damn, that was thrilling; it's my first ti with a mute."

As soon as he finished speaking.

John Houseman felt a sharp pain in his waist.

He reached to touch his back, feeling a damp, sticky sensation, and found a knife lodged in his waist.

"What are you doing?"

John Houseman got up weakly.

Only to see the mute woman's eyes blazing with fury.

With a plop.

She pulled out the knife again.

John Houseman tried to dodge, but utterly exhausted, he lacked the strength to resist, stumbling onto the bed.

This ti, the woman pounced on him instead.

The knife in her hand aid at John Houseman's chest and stabbed down.

One stab, two stabs, three stabs...

No one knew how many tis altogether.

Very soon, John Houseman beca a "bloody man."

There was no denying.

John Houseman was tough to kill.

Despite so many stabs, he hadn't closed his eyes, spitting blood from his mouth, slumping on the bed, staring at the enraged woman...
