This woman's life can be considered legendary.

Arlo Yarbrough nodded slightly, saying, "Theoretically, yes."
Dirk Carter thought for a mont.
He said, "Go find out where Penny Sullivan frequently goes; I'm planning to et her."
"No way, Dirk, you're even going for a woman like her?"
Arlo Yarbrough asked in surprise, his mouth agape.
Dirk Carter tapped his head lightly.
He said, "It's not like that. I have two reasons for knowing her: First, I want to use her to resolve Houston Marshall's emotional issues; in Helios County, Houston Marshall is definitely a useful person; Second, I've already decided to start with Louisa Wagner, to get so inside information from her indirectly. Isn't it said that knowing the enemy and oneself leads to victories in hundreds of battles?"
"Would they tell you that?"
Arlo Yarbrough asked incredulously.
Dirk Carter smiled lightly, saying, "Worth a try, isn't it? How would you know if you don't try?"
