Lucy said this while scanning her surroundings.

“What’s going on?”
“Did the tire blow out? This piece of junk’s tires lasting until now is already a miracle!”
Panan answered Lucy’s question while swiftly unbuckling her seatbelt and opening the car door.
“Get out fast. Did you make contact with them?”
“I got through, but…”
Lucy lowered her head to look at the radio in her arms, only to see that it was completely destroyed in the recent accident, turned into a heap of scrap tal.
“Move it!”
However, before Lucy could think further, Regina grabbed her hand and dragged her out of the overturned car. In the next mont, a sudden ice storm struck, turning the vehicle into a block of ice.

Seeing Lucy, Panan, and the others, the three vehicles imdiately sped up and ca to a halt in front of them, after which several fully ard n in NCPD uniforms got out.
“Did you send the distress signal?”
“Yes, we have to leave quickly. The Electronic Demon is coming soon!”
Panan also spoke hastily. On their way back to Night City, they had passed through several settlents where the people were extrely fearful of the Electronic Demons. Once it was discovered that soone had attracted an Electronic Demon, they would be driven away or even killed. Although Panan felt that Night City, where D was situated, might not do this, after all—ordinary humans were incapable of contending with Electronic Demons.

Hearing Panan’s words, the NCPD officers looked up at the sky just as the Batfish flew over, opening its mouth and shrieking defiantly at them.

Seeing the strange little box in the hands of the NCPD officers, Panan furrowed her brow and questioned Lucy.

As the two whispered to each other, the Electronic Demon had already charged towards them. Simultaneously, they raised the small boxes in their hands, and a light ring erged from them. Then, above their heads, three falcons ablaze with fire appeared!

What’s happening? They can actually manipulate Electronic Demons?
“Attack!”
While Panan, Lucy, and Regina were still astonished by the scene before them, the leading man gave an order toward the opposing Electronic Demon. Then all three of them saw the flaming falcons shoot torrents of fire at the Batfish, striking its body.

Unlike human bullets, when these Fireballs hit the Batfish, it was as though it had been dealt a heavy blow; it let out a pitiful scream and then crashed to the ground. The falcons also struck swiftly, pelting the Batfish repeatedly until, in the blink of an eye, the Batfish cried out and disintegrated into light particles, vanishing into the air.
Seeing this, Lucy and the others were stunned.
