Now reading: Chapter 1899 - 1285: Visiting the Dinosaurs! from A Core Ship From The Start, a Game novel by Xibei Cat.

When it cos to dinosaurs, Duanmu Huai naturally has a great interest, but surprisingly, others don’t seem to be as interested.

Ann is busy petting foxes, Mary is busy petting cats, both showing no interest in dinosaurs. Naruse Mio and Banriya, having finally returned to their own world, plan to visit relatives and friends, and have no desire to see any dinosaurs. This left Duanmu Huai quite disappointed—though thinking about it, it wasn’t unexpected. When in Azeroth, wanting to buy an obsidian dragon as a gift, the young girls found it disgusting. Clearly, they had no appreciation for these big lizards.

Moreover, having traveled with the Tribunal through so many worlds, they’ve seen all sorts of monsters and aren’t ordinary people, so dinosaurs hold little interest for them. Just like Liliath, who isn’t very interested in dinosaurs either, because the monsters in Devil World are much more formidable.

Honestly, they’d prefer sothing fluffy.

Ah, won, they don’t understand the romance of n at all.

Regarding this, Duanmu Huai could only remain speechless.

No wonder, boys play with dinosaur toys as kids, and girls play with dolls, it’s obviously different...

If Sherry were here, she’d likely want to go, but now Sherry is all focused on that Ethereal Dragon, so... Duanmu Huai just had to bring Ogis and Mugeng.

Only these two were willing to accompany him.

Even Alice Phil and dea weren’t interested.

Tears.

Jurassic World, as the only dinosaur park in the world, is naturally overcrowded, with extrely high ticket prices and requiring reservations. But Duanmu Huai did not need to do so, Angels and Demons have their own followers in the human world, many of whom hold high positions, and since Angels and Demons themselves wish to maintain good relations with the Tribunal, once Duanmu Huai expressed his desire to visit Jurassic World, various parties imdiately started arranging it, and not just that...

"Hello, welco to my park."

When Duanmu Huai disembarked the plane, he was greeted personally by Maranis, the chairman of Maranis International Corporation.

Regarding Duanmu Huai’s arrival, Maranis was quite respectful, for a simple reason: although he is the chairman of a multinational corporation, that’s the extent of it. However, those who greeted him were prominent figures from various countries, so of whom he’d rarely get a chance to et, and these individuals directly welcod Maranis, so as a businessman, Maranis naturally wouldn’t neglect this.

Even though he didn’t know Duanmu Huai’s background, Maranis understood that if he pleased this gentleman, it would be beneficial for his company.

But upon seeing Duanmu Huai for the first ti, Maranis was quite startled.

Whoa, is this guy really this tall?!

Looking at the towering figure of two and a half ters, Maranis felt a bit tremulous inside, but forced himself to smile, walked up, and extended his hand.

"Hello."

eting Maranis, Duanmu Huai shook his hand and greeted him. To Duanmu Huai, Maranis, with his full beard, appeared to be quite cheerful, lively, and outgoing. But regardless, being personally received by the chairman ant top VIP treatnt... Hmm, perhaps that’s not so bad?

Duanmu Huai was here to see dinosaurs, and had little interest in the park’s amusent facilities, so Maranis led the group through the employee passageway to experience the charm of these dinosaurs up close.

"Master."

Taking advantage of Maranis’s distraction, Mugeng curiously poked Duanmu Huai and whispered a question.

"With so many monsters here, don’t they count as Aliens? Doesn’t the Tribunal need to take action?"

"These don’t count."

Duanmu Huai silently glanced at the nearby herbivorous dinosaurs leisurely grazing, completely unconcerned.

"The Tribunal’s targets are those Alien Species that pose large-scale threats or existential crises to the human race. Dinosaurs are not considered threats in this world, perhaps dangerous to ordinary people, but nothing special against armies."

Though the company is engaged in resurrecting dinosaurs, Duanmu Huai genuinely wasn’t bothered by such trivial matters. The reason is simple: these dinosaurs are too weak compared to the human civilization of this world. They might bully ordinary people, but facing multi-barrel rocket launchers, tanks, or even missiles, they are utterly powerless.

The Tribunal is neither a Greenpeace organization nor an extremist environntal group. As long as these dinosaurs cannot threaten human survival, Duanmu Huai won’t concern himself with what humans do with them, even if they use them as mounts or weapons.

Like tigers and lions, they may attack humans and kill, but should the Tribunal eradicate tigers and lions too? That doesn’t make sense.

From the Tribunal’s perspective, dinosaurs are rely at the level of Behemoths, far from being considered Alien threats.

Instead, it is those ancient Behemoths that can destroy human cities in battle and are difficult for humanity to harm, those are the real threats.

anwhile, Maranis was also curiously observing Duanmu Huai and his group. He had hosted many VIPs, but in Maranis’s view, Duanmu Huai and his companions were different from any dignitaries he had hosted before. Among those guests were kings, state leaders, or military heads, yet even those high-ranking individuals could not help but feel uneasy when seeing these enormous dinosaurs. Even the most cultured, with the best control over their expressions, would have their eyes betray anxiety or panic.
