“Then, during these five years, how many patients have healed and been discharged from your hospital?”
“Approximately… over three hundred?”
“Were all these over three hundred people sent by the police?”
“Probably, at least from what I rember, the significant increase in patients began after the Care Plan was executed.”

Upon hearing this, Duanmu Huai chuckled and then glanced at the passenger seat beside him.
“That’s what he said, so Mr. Director, do you have anything to add?”
As Duanmu Huai’s voice fell, the shadow began to swell, coagulating into the bloated head of the police departnt.

After finishing his shower and getting dressed, Duanmu Huai received contact from the Gourt Detective, indicating that the investigation there had also concluded. For exchanging information, Duanmu Huai headed to a nearby family restaurant per the address in the text ssage.
“Hey, over here.”
As soon as Duanmu Huai walked in, he saw the Gourt Detective waving at him not far away, so Duanmu Huai walked over and sat across from him. Next to the Gourt Detective was the Idol Detective Girl, dressed in a school uniform and appearing like a high school girl.

Duanmu Huai ordered a glass of juice, and then explained the situation he gleaned from the Shadow. Upon hearing Duanmu Huai’s narrative, both the Gourt Detective and Idol Detective showed surprised expressions.
“You’ve investigated this deeply?”
“It’s alright, not too difficult.”
