“What good is a sturdy door?”
Duanmu Huai strode through the swirling dust, entering the church through a gaping hole that had been punched in the grand door – while the thick steel door was still largely intact, the stone wall surrounding it was clearly no match for Duanmu Huai.
How stupid, a solid lock is worthless hanging on a wooden box, why bother unlocking it? Why not just smash the box?
Besides the old bald man standing on the second floor, there were no longer any living people in the church. By the ti Duanmu Huai bulldozed the grand door, the flying door panels had swept through the church, smashing all the villagers into pulp. The bald old man on the second floor was now glaring at Duanmu Huai, his eyes ablaze with fury.
“What kind of monster are you…who exactly are you?”

Duanmu Huai clenched his fists, staring at his opponent.
“All you need to know is that you all, along with the stupid, deford, twisted thing you worship, are going to die!”
“Blasphemy!”
Upon hearing this, the bald old man roared in rage. Then, he jumped from the second floor and landed heavily on the ground. Afterward, he glared at Duanmu Huai, gnashing his teeth.
“The power of our Deity is beyond your comprehension. Now, let show you what the true power of God is!!”
As the bald old man spoke, his clothes suddenly puffed up. Two sharp fleshy tentacles erged from his back. At the sa ti, his body elongated and, his body splitting open, extended like a centipede’s.
“Such stupidity.”
Staring at the ugly, filthy monster before him, Duanmu Huai snorted.
“In the na of the Tribunal, die, Heretic!”
“Aaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!”
The bald man’s centipede-like body suddenly elongated, and he launched himself directly at Duanmu Huai. The two sharp tentacles on his back jabbed straight at Duanmu Huai, but he only stood there, reaching out his hands and grabbing the lunging tentacles. Then, he twisted forcefully, tearing them apart.
“Nooo…!!!”
The intense pain made the bald old man wail out loud, but Duanmu Huai paid him no mind. At the sa ti, he had co up to the bald old man with his centipede body, and with a swing of his fist, he broke the middle part of the elongated body.
“Aaaahhhh!!!”
Lost of balance, the bald old man desperately reached out his hand, trying to grasp anything he could. But Duanmu Huai grabbed his twisted deford body and forcefully slamd it into the ground. The next mont, the bald man was lying flat on the ground. Before he could react, Duanmu Huai’s foot descended from above, crushing his skull into pieces.
“Even with the mutation, you guys are hardly different from the Plague Apostle.”
Looking at the dead body of the bald man at his feet, Duanmu Huai snorted. You’re even worse off than the chanic Religion folks. At least their modifications look sowhat presentable. But look at yourselves. Do you look human at all?
However, there seed to be stragglers in the church.
Soon, Duanmu Huai noticed the breath of a living person. He walked down the inner side of the church to a door that had been blocked off by a barrier. He was familiar with dealing with such things. He reached out, shattered the barrier, and then strode to the end of the hallway. He threw a punch that broke open the locked room’s door. Then, he walked in.
“Get away!”
Just then, a wooden stick suddenly flew through the air toward Duanmu Huai, who realized that a blonde girl was hiding nearby. She was petrified at the sight of him and the blood all over him.
“Who are you? Don’t co any closer! Go away!!”
As she said this, she backed away. Duanmu Huai just glanced at her and figured out who she was.
Oh, Ashley, the president’s daughter.
So Leon hasn’t co yet?
I moved this fast?
Duanmu Huai pondered and then shook his head. He looked at Ashley again. The girl was curled up in a corner, her face ashen and fear in her eyes as she watched him. He just looked at Ashley and said.
“You’re free to stay here if you want, but next, I’m going to burn this damned church down. If you want to stay here and get roasted, suit yourself.”
Having said this, Duanmu Huai turned and left without giving Ashley another glance. Ashley stood there dumbfounded, unsure what to do.
What’s going on?
Could it be that this man is not with those villains?
To be honest, when Ashley first saw Duanmu Huai, she almost fainted from fear. She had never seen such a terrifying man; let alone soone covered in blood. She even suspected that he was an accomplice of those villains, who was planning to chop or slice her… But it seems now that it’s not the case?
