Rebecca and Sherry exchanged a glance, pale-faced and nodded. They were not oblivious to what would happen if the virus got out of control, after all, that city was eventually bombed into oblivion.

Taking a deep breath, Rebecca managed to calm herself down.
“I understand, I will cooperate with the work, but I need equipnt.”
“We have taken control of several biodical labs, you can check them out and decide which one would be more suitable for research. But you don’t need to leave this warship, all you have to do is to control remotely.”
“Alright.”
The two of them could comprehend this, after all, the best way to isolate the virus is by remote-control. This way, even if there’s a leak of the samples, they don’t have to worry about infecting researchers and prevent soone from getting infected or leaving with the virus. This kind of situation only happens in poorly made Sci-fi movies.
After arranging everything for the two of them, Duanmu Huai finally left the guest room, letting out a huge sigh of relief.
Phew…finally, it’s settled.
With the addition of Rebecca and Sherry, Duanmu Huai finally felt at ease. As he ntioned earlier to them, the Tribunal had control over several abandoned biological research facilities after examining data from satellites in near-Earth orbit. The problem was that nobody knew how to use those pieces of equipnt – after all, you need soone who knows these instrunts.
Otherwise, it would be ridiculous to use a centrifuge to toss green bean soup.
However, the technological developnt on this planet is so terrible…
Standing by the window, Duanmu Huai sneered as he looked at the War Planet not far away. War is said to be a catalyst for human technological progress, but the developnt of technology on this planet was a complete ss. The data retrieved from the satellites showed that as there was only one continent on this world, there had been constant wars from the past to the present. The energy sources used by human civilization had evolved from the earliest coal, to wind and nuclear power, even uranium is almost exhausted, hence the shift to Imu Energy…
So, you’ve almost exhausted all the energy minerals in the entire planet, but still haven’t managed to create a spaceship?
Forget about the spaceship, could you at least create nuclear fusion?

Now, Duanmu Huai is just hoping that Rebecca and Sherry could bring him so good news.
As it turned out, the Bio-world’s technology tree did not disappoint. After a few days, Rebecca and Sherry brought Duanmu Hoai so good news – they found the source of the plague infection!

“Imu Energy??”
Upon reading the report in front of him, Duanmu Huai looked dumbfounded, while Rebecca nodded her head.
“Yes, we have investigated all the infected samples and infected areas, and found that the plague was concentrated around this thing called Imu Energy. We originally thought these parasites were attracted by the Imu Energy and gathered there, but when we analyzed the samples of the Imu Energy, we discovered that Imu Energy itself is a collective of parasites!”
