A flurry of questions churned in his mind. That Divine Bird, which doesn’t even show respect to his own mother, is actually talking to Xie Pan’Er?
"Your Majesty! I have said all that I needed to. I shall take my leave!"
The National Master left, and Ji Youzhi ca out from the shadows.
"What do you make of this, Youzhi?"
What did he make of it?
As a Divine Hunter, he imdiately considered this a conspiracy.
"We must investigate this!" Ji Youzhi replied without hesitation.
"How do we investigate?"
"This situation points to two possibilities: one, the National Master was mistaken. Two, the birth chart was incorrect."
Both of these possibilities could be true.
"Youze calculated her birth chart. I trust his abilities; there shouldn’t be any problems!"
Ji Youzhi remained silent. Ji Youze was his younger brother, and he trusted his abilities.
If there really was a mistake in Xie Pan’Er’s and Xie Yingying’s birth charts, and Ji Youze hadn’t caught it, then the error must lie in the recorded ti of Xie Pan’Er’s birth!
What had Ji Youzhi thought of? Yet, he couldn’t grasp anything specific.
As Ji Youzhi pondered this, he heard the young Emperor continue.
"As for her facial features, there can be no mistake there. Suisui also said that Xie Pan’Er was born with the Phoenix Destiny."
Ji Youzhi frowned. "When did Suisui say this? Why didn’t I know?"
The young Emperor didn’t answer him; instead, he set off for Cining Palace.

Xiaosuisui and Xie Pan’Er were having a great ti playing with the Phoenix!
To be precise, Xie Pan’Er was having a great ti with the Phoenix, while Xiaosuisui felt rather odd. It was as if the Phoenix were rely a mount to her.
Xiaobai suddenly popped up out of nowhere, greatly surprising both Xiaosuisui and Xie Pan’Er.
"Xiaobai!" the two cried out in unison.
The Phoenix and Xiaobai stood facing each other.
Xiaobai bared its teeth and brandished its claws at the Phoenix.
The Phoenix shrieked, its noble head instantly rearing up as if ready to fight Xiaobai.
"Xiaobai, stop ssing around! The Phoenix says if you provoke it again, it will swat you into the mud!" Xie Pan’Er, understanding what the Phoenix was trying to express through its eyes, conveyed the ssage without a second thought.
Then Xiaobai suddenly leaped forward, swiping at the Phoenix’s chest with both front paws.
Xie Pan’Er’s mouth twitched. Did it actually bet that the Phoenix wouldn’t dare lay a claw on it?
Xiaosuisui munched on her apple—CRUNCH! CRUNCH!—and then mumbled indistinctly, "Beautiful sister is so amazing! You even figured out Xiaobai’s thoughts!"
Xie Pan’Er then had a sudden realization: the thod she used to communicate with the Phoenix worked on Xiaobai too!
Just as this realization struck her, a Eunuch’s high-pitched voice announced, "His Majesty has arrived!"
Xie Pan’Er quickly led Xiaosuisui out to greet the Emperor.
After taking a few steps, she suddenly stopped. Xiaosuisui couldn’t kneel.
As she hesitated whether to go out or not, a flash of bright yellow appeared before her.
"Greetings, Your Majesty!" She was about to kneel when the young Emperor said, "You may rise."
Then ca Xiaosuisui’s sweet, childlike voice, calling out, "Godfather Emperor!" and "Seventh Uncle!"
"Good girl! Co, let Godfather give you a hug!"
"Seventh Uncle, hug!"
The young Emperor and Ji Youzhi both opened their arms to Xiaosuisui, each waiting to see whom she would choose for a hug.
