Now reading: Chapter 819: Vanar and Vaelira Ignis P2 from A Farmer's Journey To Immortality, a Action novel by Grayback.

Despite her seductive appearance, nobody who looked at the red-haired woman would dare approach her casually.

There was a natural pressure around her.

A pressure that ca from talent, status, and confidence.

She looked like soone born to stand above others.

Her na was Vaelira Ignis.

Even though she was only fifty years old, she had already reached the late-stage Core Formation Realm.

And this was after she had deliberately slowed down her cultivation in order to build an extrely solid foundation while comprehending her Dao Path early.

If the so-called geniuses of the Dadangar Subcontinent saw her, they would probably lose confidence in themselves instantly.

One had to note that Aksai was more than 100 years old at this point. And even after he had made use of a lot of opportunities that he found in multiple worlds, he was still a mid-stage Lord.

Plus, Aksai hadn’t even started walking on his Dao Path yet. As such, one could say that he was three or four centuries behind Vaelira in terms of Spirit cultivation as a Lord.

Vaelira calmly floated in front of the elental pool. At first, she smiled slightly.

"Father," she greeted softly.

However, her expression quickly changed the mont she sensed the unstable aura around the red-haired man.

Her brows furrowed.

"You ended your seclusion early?"

The red-haired man looked at her and imdiately cald down slightly.

The violent flas around him beca less chaotic.

Even though he was an Overlord feared across countless city-states of the Eternal Sea, he could never maintain that overbearing attitude in front of his daughter.

He let out a long sigh before sinking his waist back into the giant elental pool.

"Haah... lass," he muttered tiredly. "I lost control for a mont."

Vaelira stared at him carefully.

The fact that she had arrived outside the cave abode even before he ca out showed one frightening thing.

She had sohow already predicted that he would end his seclusion. Even though she clearly did not know the reason behind it. Her divination abilities were terrifying.

Vaelira folded her arms below her chest and spoke calmly.

"Father, your Dao Path already makes you prone to anger. If you continue losing control like this, it will affect your cultivation eventually."

Her tone carried respect. But her gaze carried scrutiny. It almost looked like she was the one lecturing the Overlord.

And strangely—

The red-haired man accepted it naturally. He scratched his head helplessly.

"Alright. Alright. Stop looking at like that."

Vaelira narrowed her eyes slightly.

"Then explain what happened."

The red-haired man sighed deeply again before speaking.

"Soone stole the Void Water."

Silence filled the cave briefly.

Vaelira’s expression changed instantly.

"The Void Water Pond in that remote region past the Shinayin Boundary?"

"Yes."

The man clenched his fist again.

"So unknown bastard robbed it clean while I was cultivating."

Vaelira’s eyes beca serious. She imdiately understood the gravity of the situation.

The red-haired man quickly explained everything briefly. How the hidden location was disturbed. How the Void Water disappeared completely. How even the traces left behind were strange.

As she listened, Vaelira’s expression beca colder and colder. Eventually, she slowly closed her eyes.

A faint golden glow appeared around her pupils beneath her eyelids.

Invisible ripples spread quietly through the surroundings. The flas around the elental pool froze in place. Even the surrounding space beca strangely still.

The red-haired man remained silent.

He knew his daughter was using her divination technique.

After several monts—

Vaelira slowly opened her eyes again.

A rare look of confusion appeared on her beautiful face.

"Strange..."

The red-haired man imdiately leaned forward.

"What did you see?"

Vaelira stayed silent for a mont before speaking slowly.

"Father, first stop blaming yourself for keeping the Void Water Pond at that place."

The red-haired man blinked. Vaelira continued calmly.

"If you had brought the Void Water into the Eternal Sea, it would have attracted endless trouble. It’s not sothing that we could have kept hidden despite our best efforts."

Her golden eyes narrowed slightly.

"You would have been forced into at least three conquest wars with rival city-states."

"And because of the Overlord Alliance, you would also have been dragged into several territory expansion wars just to prove your loyalty."

She shook her head.

"In comparison, hiding it in that barren place was indeed the correct decision."

The red-haired man sighed helplessly.

"I know that already. What I want to know is who stole it."

Vaelira’s expression stiffened slightly. For the first ti since arriving, hesitation appeared on her face.

The red-haired man imdiately noticed it.

His brows furrowed.

"What?"

Vaelira slowly inhaled before speaking.

"I’m sorry."

The red-haired man froze slightly. Vaelira rarely admitted failure.

But now, she actually looked uncertain.

"I can’t divine anything about the thief," she admitted quietly.

The red-haired man’s expression changed instantly.

"What?"

Vaelira nodded slowly.

"Usually, even if the target is a Deity Transformation God, I can still obtain so details."

"At the very least, whether they are male or female."

"But this ti..."

She paused briefly.

"I got nothing."

The red-haired man slowly narrowed his eyes.

"What does that an?"

Vaelira answered calmly.

"It ans only two possibilities exist."

The red-haired man stared at her.

"Either this person is an Earth Immortal..."

She paused.

Then her golden eyes beca unusually deep.

"...or they are a Fate Anomaly of the highest order."

Vanar Ignis frowned deeply as he listened to his daughter’s explanation. In the end, he slowly shook his head and sighed heavily.

"It looks like I have to give up on the Void Water Pond," he muttered bitterly. "Even you can’t do anything about it."

Vaelira looked at him quietly for a mont.

Then her golden eyes narrowed slightly.

"That might not necessarily be the case."

Vanar imdiately looked up.

"What do you an?"

Vaelira remained silent briefly as if sorting through countless possibilities inside her mind.

Vanar suddenly thought of sothing.

His expression beca serious.

"Should I take you there so you can inspect further?"
