At this mont, from the distant sky, one could look down at the battlefield. Black mist and white mist intertwined, rolling and churning, with occasional bursts of thunderous sounds, red light, and white light flashing abruptly.

The entire visual effect was as if soone was unwilling or forbidden to show the gore and bloodshed of the battlefield directly. Picking up a brush, they skillfully painted over it, creating a mosaic.

However, few people appreciated the mosaic. On a distant cliff, several Golden Eagle Warriors shaded their eyes with their hands, looking down. Each one frowned, feeling very displeased with the mosaic cloud below:

"What’s going on down there now?"

"Can’t see a thing! It’s all covered in mist!"

"We could see the battle lines before, but now we can’t see anything!"

"Even though we have the power granted by the Eagle God to see rabbits on the ground from high up, we can’t see through this mist!"

"Then… when do we join the battle?"

A young Golden Eagle Warrior asked softly. Instantly, the other five fell silent.

According to the initial plan, they were supposed to ambush and join the battle when the Plague Maiden and the White Horn King Bull, the Red Hawk God, and the Black Panther God were evenly matched, tipping the scales decisively—

This was their duty as allies. They couldn’t just watch others fight against the Plague Maiden while they hid behind. Besides, if they attacked in waves and couldn’t win, what would they do?

The power of the Eagle God was suited for short bursts of intense combat, not for prolonged battles of attrition. So, their task was to seize the right mont and deliver a decisive blow with all their strength.

Now the problem was, without a clear view of the battle, how could they attack?

"Maybe… we should get closer?"

"Let’s get closer then…"

The leading Golden Eagle Warrior sighed.

For this expedition, the Eagle Kingdom had sent six Golden Eagle Warriors and three hundred White Eagle Warriors—except for those guarding against the White Ghosts, nearly all their forces were concentrated on this battlefield.

Their goal was to achieve total victory in one battle, crippling the Plague Maiden for at least ten or twenty years, ideally a hundred years, so they wouldn’t have to worry about this evil god again!

At the command, three hundred White Eagle Warriors ford ranks, carrying heavy equipnt, and rushed down the cliff. When they reached the foot, the six Golden Eagle Warriors spread their wings and carefully approached the battlefield.

On the battlefield, Garrett lay on the back of a bull, tightly clutching two test tubes, his brows furrowed deeply. The recent penicillin and streptomycin growth attack had indeed been highly effective, but it had also consud a great deal of his energy.

At this point, most of his strength was drained. He only had enough left to defend himself and a couple more big moves—after that, he’d be out.

Feeling dizzy, he drank so glucose water… Why did he still need glucose water after crossing into another world?

Garrett gulped down about 300cc of glucose water, then took out gear that increased ntal strength, like the tree heart and mana pearls, and absorbed their power by pressing them against his forehead.

Feeling much better, he wiped the sweat off his forehead and sat up. The bull's fur underneath him was wet, whether from sweat or the water from the mist spell. Probably the latter, given the strong sll of bleach that was making his eyes, nose, and mouth uncomfortable.

Sighing, he realized that bleach was irritating to the respiratory tract and mucous mbranes, and couldn’t be overused. In the chaotic battlefield, the mix of slls, stench, and blood made it bearable.

But still, it caused adverse reactions. If possible, he needed to find a simpler, more efficient, and cleaner thod of casting spells.

Taking a deep breath, Garrett carefully took out a test tube and decided to initiate Plan E. This was his last resort—whether it worked or not would be decided by this move!

—Plan A was strong acid and strong alkali, which he rejected;

Plan B was ultraviolet sterilization, but it consud too much energy and was cost-inefficient, so he abandoned it after one attempt;

Plan C was the disinfectant mist spell, which had been used to its limit;

Plan D was penicillin and streptomycin sterilization, which drained most of his strength and he couldn’t manage a second shot;

Now, this last thod had to work, or he’d have to rely on Cirilla to carry the whole battle while he lay on the bull’s back like a salted fish that could only cheer.

Garrett held the test tube tightly, his expression serious. Closing his eyes, he locked onto the bacteria in the test tube, ntally noting their characteristics:

"Gram-negative bacteria, curved rod or comma-shaped, with a single polar flagellum and pili, no capsule or spores. Observing live bacteria in a hanging drop of feces shows active movent like shooting stars…”

Focusing his ntal power on the bacteria, he imagined a sieve or a piece of fine cloth through which his ntal power passed, spreading out into countless threads.

Stretching far and wide, covering as much space as possible, touching as many entities as possible!

Then, in this space, all bacteria matching the criteria—destroy them!

Cholera Vibrio—Targeted Annihilation!

As the spell swept through, the ntal power expenditure was surprisingly low, less than when targeting pathogenic bacteria in cattle.

Garrett was secretly delighted, guessing that the bacteria floating outside were easier to kill than those inside living organisms. But as long as it worked, he’d continue to pursue and eliminate them!

"Take forward!"

He patted the bull beneath him. The bull bellowed and continued forward. Garrett maintained his ntal power spread, constantly sensing and casting spells. Circling the battlefield, he wiped out a round of cholera vibrio and extended his ntal power into the air:

Casting in the air consud more energy, but it was still manageable. He could sustain it!

After another round of wiping out cholera vibrio in the low air, Garrett felt more confident. If he could manage this, he’d go for the leader!

With Cirilla and the Plague Maiden rolling and fighting in the distance, Garrett donned the Dragon Flight Cloak, spreading his golden-red wings from his shoulders—

"Cirilla, I’m coming up!"

Garrett shouted in the ntal link. Swish, Cirilla shook off the Plague Maiden and flew back rapidly.

Garrett soared through the mist, just as a ring of fire shot out from above, clearing away the black and white mist. Cirilla smiled brightly, turning and extending her hand to him—

"Garrett, you finally made it! Just maintain the floating spell, don’t worry about defense, I’ll protect you!"

Her delicate, smooth hand gripped Garrett’s left hand firmly. The silver dragon girl’s side released a ring of fire, warm and protective, weaving a fire ring two ters around Garrett.

The flas devoured the black mist, but Garrett felt no heat inside the fire ring.

"Garrett, can you cast spells? Do you need to carry you?"

"No!" Garrett shook his head quickly. This level of protection and stability was enough for him to cast spells. Cirilla’s dragon form should remain the last resort—

To emphasize he was fine, Garrett focused his ntal power.

Thanks to his teacher’s lightning mole whacking box and his diligent practice, even in this chaotic battlefield, he could still extend his ntal power far and wide, accurately and delicately. Then, he cast his spell!

"Plague Lord!!!"

On the battlefield, a furious and panicked roar tore through the nearby mist. The mist rolled outward, clearing a large area, revealing the high backs of the bulls—

"What have you done! What have you done! My power! My power!!!"

"What have you done?"

Cirilla asked, laughing in the ntal link. Garrett turned to wink at her:

"Cholera Vibrio Targeted Annihilation, nothing more. Judging by her screams, I must have hit her core?"

"Not yet! Still far off! I’ll take you in for a charge!"

Cirilla grew excited. She waved her left hand, three fireballs flew out, exploding on the Plague Maiden. Then, gripping Garrett’s left hand tightly, she flew forward at full speed—

"Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!"

My arm is going to be dislocated! Cirilla, please consider my tolerance level when you take off!

Garrett cried out. Cirilla hesitated, rembering Garrett’s repeated instructions not to transform into dragon form unless absolutely necessary, and let go. Releasing and grabbing his forearm, she pulled him forward forcefully—

Hovering in place, she spread her right arm, hugging Garrett’s waist, and flew swiftly toward the Plague Maiden. Flas roared, crashing into the Plague Maiden, and she shouted:

"Cast your spell!"

Garrett’s ntal power net shot out. Up, down, left, and right, it penetrated the Plague Maiden’s surroundings and her Dentor-like black robe. In the next mont, with his ntal command, the Cholera Vibrio Targeted Annihilation spell launched full force!

The spell swept through, thinning the Plague Maiden’s heavy black robe. Amid her frantic and painful screams, Garrett cast an Amplification Spell, his voice resonating across the land:

"Plague Maiden! In the na of the Plague Lord, I hereby strip you of your authority to spread diseases. Henceforth, you shall not harm with cholera!"

Well, it’s all about ceremony...
