Hello, dear readers! Here's chapter 108! Hope you'll like it!
This week: Those last few days, my sleep has been... chaotic, I guess. So I've been pretty tired, which obviously impacted my writing speed. So, I'm still not done writing this week's patreon chapter, although I'm already 2000 words in. I should be done, or at least close enough by tonight and the edited chapter should be ready by tomorrow at most. We'll see how it goes. On that note, I was thinking about those authors writing one or two chapters a day and I just don't understand how they can keep up with both the physical and ntal energy, along with their inspiration. I guess everyone is different. It used to bother a lot, but now I just accepted the situation. I've always been on the slower end when I was in school anyway, so I'm used to it. Not that I was stupider than others, but my brain needed more ti to process things than others. It's much better now, though, which is a relief. Living in this world when your brain can't keep up with what happens around you is too exhausting. That's probably why I loved reading, and now writing as well, so much. It's much more peaceful. I'm rambling a bit, but I just wanted to share a bit of my thought process with those of you who are interested.

Despite having acquired so respectable experience when it ca to won's affectionate gestures due to Seraphine's usual succubus-like 'behavior', he was still stunned by the sudden combo of kissing, 'Darling' uttered in a sweet voice, and her hungry eyes. 'Fuck! I really want to take her here and there! And here I thought being unbonded lowered my arousal toward other won. Does that an I'm even more of a pervert than I thought previously?' On one hand, a flurry of random thoughts appeared in his Mind while on the other hand, he was also doing his best to wrap his head around the increasingly rapid progress in their relationship. Fortunately, his Soul Power had beco a lot more powerful, helping his 'pure' Mind cope with the situation. Although he was aware that it was probably sothing that had more to do with the Heart Path than the Soul Path, he would take any advantage he could get without complaining. Seeing his stunned look, Liya started giggling, quickly followed by Sera, who comnted playfully. "That's what you get for always being so sweet to us, you big softie." Looking at the two incredibly attractive won in his embrace who had only eyes for him made his heart skip a beat, followed by a surge of warmth as he replied softly. "If that's the 'price' to pay, then I'll gladly pay it every day." The comnt elicited so suggestive smiles on their faces before Adeliya asked, curious. "Speaking of which, there's sothing I was wondering."
Schooling his features to show he was listening, he questioned. "What is it?" With so hesitation, she responded, although the red hue reappearing on her fair cheeks gave him a few clues as to what 'topic' she was about to broach. "Well... I an, do we have to bond to... You know..." Seeing her squirm like a teenager in love made him lose control over his serious face, and as soon as a particular piece of mory surfaced in his Mind, his twitching lips imdiately turned into an amused smile as he replied. "Do you an sex? You can say it, you know. Nothing to be ashad about." Seeing his expression, she seed to rember the sa conversation he had as her eyes narrowed, and she tapped his chest while saying half resentfully, half embarrassed. "You're still harping on about that ti? I'm serious, you know!" Despite wanting to tease her more, he chose to quit while he was ahead and gently replied, while his hand started caressing her hair. "Alright, I'll stop, and I'll answer your question seriously." The tender gesture, coupled with his soft words, seed to lt her previous annoyance, leaving only a contented smile. While marveling at how much his charm had improved to be able to sway a strong-willed woman like his Aunt so easily, he answered her previous question as truthfully as he could. "So, back to your question. Yes, we can have sex without bonding. Although I'm not sure how it is for Sera, the bond doesn't stop from doing that with any unbonded woman." Seeing her curious and expectant look, he felt a bit torn. Should he break her hope with the truth or tell her what she wanted to hear? After a brief mont of contemplation, he made his decision: He would be upfront. After all, lying never led to positive outcos. Better tell the truth. Thus, he added. "There is a downside for , though. The pleasure I experience should be much lower than normal. I'm not sure about the specifics, though, since I just discovered that while kissing you right now."
That revelation seed to hit the woman like a truck, prompting her to ask with confusion and disappointnt. "That ans you didn't like it? Wait! I don't understand..." Before she could overthink too much, he interrupted her. "No, you don't get it. I loved it. When it cos to Love, there's no 'downgrade', so to speak. It's just that my physical pleasure, or nervous system response if you prefer, is lowered, but that doesn't an it's not there." Pausing for a second, a strange look appeared in his eyes as he added. "Actually, I'm even surprised at how much I felt when I kissed you. Keep in mind that I can clearly feel the 'shackles' on my physical sensations, so I can tell how much it would have been normally..." He did not elaborate further, but the two won could easily guess the rest, which imdiately brought back the delighted smile that previously adorned Liya's face along with the amused grin on Sera's own. Through the Bond, Demian could even sense a feeling of admiration toward her own mother, making his lips twitch as he tried to contain his urge to laugh. Before the two could say anything, he chose to continue. "That's on my end. But when it cos to your end, there are also a few things to pay attention to." Seeing that he had regained their attention, he continued. "The first is that having sex with with and without Bonding has a massive difference, even if you only take into account the pleasure side of things." Nodding her head, Sera comnted. "We haven't done it before we bonded, so it's just speculation on my part, but I'm pretty sure the pleasure would have broken anyone else with my Cultivation Base and lower if not for him doing his 'magic'. So, it should be pretty much impossible to get that much pleasure when doing it without the Bond." With a light grunt of approval, Demian explained. "Well, in my previous life, I did have a few... Pausing for a second, he added absentmindedly. "To be fair, I also didn't have my current physical strength and stamina, but that wouldn't have made a difference so massive..."
As the young man was recalling so old mories, he failed to notice the two won's reactions to his suggestive words. Interestingly, being genuine could sotis be even 'deadlier' than exaggerated bragging when it ca to charming won. Naturally, everything was relative, and everyone was different. Feeling unsure if he should be proud of being able to predict her reaction or concerned that the idea of her having sex with him right in front of her mother did not trigger any repulsion from him, he replied calmly. "Before you do any jumping, I've got a question for you."
With a comical look of frustration, she retorted. "You still want to talk?! Why don't we talk on the bed? That way, we can both have fun, and you can get your answer. A win-win situation." Chuckling at the desperation oozing from her, he answered matter-of-factly. "I would love to, but we both know that there's no way your Brain can deal with anything else but my dick when we're in the middle of it." With an exaggerated hurt look on her face. "How dare you?! So rude!" Cocking his brow, he kept staring at her with a look saying 'I see through your bullshit'. A few seconds later, an expression of defeat appeared on her face, followed by her declaration. "Fine! You win. What's your question?" Feeling amused at her antics, he answered. "I just wanted to know about sothing I noticed, but I'm not sure if I saw it wrong or not. It's about my 'charm'. I noticed that Bryn and Liya were acting a lot more... How to put it..." Tilting her head, she interjected with a playful smile on her face. "Like two teenagers in love?" Scratching his chin, he nodded absentmindedly. "Yeah. Sothing like that. It's as if my charm attribute suddenly exploded. The thing is, I don't really feel different, and I didn't notice Aunt Ling acting differently. Not that I would want her to, but since she was the only other woman present, I did check her reaction a bit." Noticing the slight guilt in his voice, she giggled and waved her hand away before saying. "No need to justify yourself, Babe. But yes, you've changed a lot, and I don't think it's a physical change Not exactly, at least." Feeling intrigued, he kept silent and listened to her following words. "I think... I think it's more of a conceptual thing." Cocking his brow, he asked. "How so?" With a pondering look on her face, she replied. "I say conceptual because I'd be incapable of telling you exactly which part of your body changed to make you more attractive. As if you've gone beyond the normal 'Mortal visual beauty', if that makes any sense."
Feeling thoughtful, he nonetheless still had a few doubts. "Let's say you're right." She interrupted. "I am." Sporting an amused smile, he continued. "Sure. Then why do you think Bryn, Liya, and Aunt Ling had different reactions?" With a look that scread, 'Are you serious?', she responded. "That should be pretty obvious. You really can't guess?" Seeing her reaction, he suddenly felt embarrassed. 'Is it really that obvious?' As he was about to think hard on the answer, she suddenly exclaid. "Forget it, I'll tell you. We've wasted too much ti already." Pausing for a very brief mont, she added. "Bryn and Liya acted like two girls in love because they ARE two girls in love. Your increased handsoness only made their physical reactions worse. As for Aunt Ling, not only does she have no romantic feelings for you, but her Cultivation Base is also much stronger than ours. So my guess is that any attraction is directly canceled." With a shake of her head, she looked in his eyes with so judgnt. "Honestly, Babe. The sa thing happens in real life. It's just that Cultivation makes it more exaggerated. You've really never seen a woman in Love acting like that? I thought you had your so-called 'adventures' in your previous life." Her last few words contained so curiosity, prompting him to explain while wearing a wry smile. "There's a reason I called them 'adventures' and not proper relationships. So no, I never had any woman so head-over-heels for that she acted the way you or the other two girls acted. I've seen those reactions in movies, but movies and reality are two different concepts. At least, that's what I thought..." While selectively ignoring her inclusion in the 'silly girl in Love' group, she replied. "Well, there is a first for everything! Although I have to admit that seeing those two squirming like that was hilarious. Especially Big Sis with her usual poker face." A few giggles escaped her, swiftly mirrored by Demian. After regaining her calm, she asked with anticipation. "Done with your question?"
Seeing how 'pitiful' she looked, the young man, as a proper gentleman, had to help her. Thus, in a whirlwind of movent, he grabbed her and dashed toward the bed while removing both of their clothes at a speed that would be impossible for even average Foundation Building Cultivators to react to. The following 'Fuck yes!' coming from the alluring woman was a pretty clear sign that he was on the right track. Thus, his gentlemanly conduct continued for the rest of the night, throughout the following day, and a part of the following night. Only after Seraphine passed out an unknown number of tis, with her Body and Mind on the verge of breaking, did they finally stop. To be fair, even Demian felt completely drained, his Mind so blurry that he was incapable of telling how much ti had passed. Too exhausted, he opted to mirror his beautiful lover, falling into a deep and dreamless slumber.
An unknown length of ti later, his consciousness started slowly returning, giving him a well-rested feeling. 'Such a great sleep!' He thought before a wry thought appeared in his Mind. 'We may have gone too far this ti... Thank God, Sera and I both have access to my Perks or we might have gotten seriously injured...' Feeling a slight concern at the hazy mories resurfacing on his Mind. Letting out a deep sigh. 'What can I do when the feeling is so addictive? Especially with the incredible benefits we get from it... If it wasn't because we're too weak to have anything that Entity would fancy, I'd almost think that the Perk's overloading effect on ntal and Physical sensations ca from a Succubus-like Demon, designed to make us fall into depravity...' After a bit of contemplation, he concluded. 'Then again, it's not like we HAD to do it for more than a day... A day seed to be our limit. At least with our current Cultivation Base. Maybe once we both reach Tier 2, it'll increase. Also, I wonder if bonding with a second woman will influence my Perks. It should, right?' Whatever the case, he simply decided to wait and see. After all, it was not as if he could find the answers if he just thought about them. Instead, limiting their nightly exercise to the night while doing sothing, anything else during the day, would be the best way to enjoy the benefits without injuring themselves permanently.
As his eyelids fluttered open, his gaze imdiately fell on the sweaty nude form of Sera, examining her current state through the Bond. After a quick examination, he sighed and muttered. "Her Essence overdrafted... I don't think she'll be getting up anyti soon..." Unlike his past self, he was now relatively knowledgeable about Cultivation. At least when it ca to the basics. Thus, he was able to understand the principles behind his Perk's 'Dual Cultivation' effect, although why it worked in that way was still unknown to him. It was a bit similar to knowing that sleeping made one feel rested, but not knowing why it was the case. In any case, if he had to explain it simply, he would say that through the rger of their respective Essence, the Cultivation effect was magnified multiple tis compared to a normal Cultivation session. The pleasure, which was basically a positive response to particular stimuli, was also enhanced multiplefold, going way beyond their normal limits. The only thing he did not know was if having bonded with Seraphine had an impact on his 'normal' Cultivation session's speed. After all, he was already bonded to her when he broke through to the Chi gathering Rank, making any comparison impossible. Normally, he would not mind not knowing, but since he was about to add another Soul Bonding partner, his Mind was filled with curiosity. After a period of silent contemplation, though, he decided to push that thought aside as there was not much aning in harping on about sothing he would find the answer to in a few weeks at most. 'That may be why I had that gut feeling. The effect of adding another partner is probably greater than I'm expecting...' He thought briefly while gently moving the unconscious female body from his chest. While doing his best to ignore the incredible stimulation, he gently set her on her back, left the bed, and covered her figure with the blanket before leisurely walking toward the bathroom.
Once there, he went into the massive, well-crafted wooden tub and used his Soul Power to activate the simple Water Drawing Formation set up on one side of the tub, imdiately creating a respectable stream of hot water falling into the empty bathtub. A quick thought was enough for him to adjust the water temperature to a degree that would scald a Mortal's skin, but was only considered as enjoyably warm to him. With everything set up, he lay on one side of the tub, both of his arms on the wooden structure's edges, a sliver of his attention on both the water vapor attracted from all around and the water 'spring' gushing close by. Most of his focus, however, was on recalling the events of the last few days, plunging him into a daydream. Coupled with the hot water, the tension he had unknowingly accumulated seemingly lted under the hot water caressing his skin, leaving both his Body and Mind completely relaxed. A few minutes later, he absentmindedly turned off the 'Fountain' feature of the Array with another thought, leaving only the Heat Control one. At that mont, a mutter escaped his lips. "What a crazy couple of days, uh...?" After which, a simple thought surfaced in his head. 'I wonder what the days ahead have in store for ...'
