In the cold wind, a group of eye‑catching handso n and pretty won stood facing each other on the street. The man’s stunning face went pale then dark, his eyes locked on her, burning with rage.
"So that’s what you think of ?"
Qin Xi blinked and looked at Him, amused. "Aren’t we just friends with benefits? If you’re looking for and it’s not for that, what, you wanna sit down and talk about feelings with ?"
Ning Ze snapped, "Of course not!"
Because He was angry, His whole face was taut, the muscles in His cheeks seeming to tremble.
Qin Xi raised an eyebrow. "Not what? Not friends with benefits, or not talking about feelings?"
Looking at that little mouth opening and closing, Ning Ze felt his temper flaring up, and he really wanted to shut it with a kiss.
But thinking about what She’d just said, He realized it did seem to be like She said: during the ti they’d been together, they really had spent a bit too much ti in bed, so no wonder She could just casually bring up breaking up.
He took a deep breath, pressed down the anger in his chest, and a smile appeared on his handso face. "It’s my first ti here. Xi Xi, do you want to show around?"
Qin Xi was dumbfounded, staring at Him suspiciously. She’d put it that harshly—shouldn’t He have stord off in a huff?
She frowned and said, "I don’t have that United States ti."
"You’ve got ti to go to the hotel with , but no ti to go out and play? Xi Xi, and you say you don’t miss ... my body." Ning Ze had a aningful look on his face.
Qin Xi, "..."
Fuck, this brat really dares to say anything now.
Ning Ze coaxed, "Xi Xi, as long as you take out to play today, I’ll listen to you and go ho early."
Of course, He only said He’d go back early, not that He’d go back today.
"If I don’t go play with you, you’re not going ho?"
"I’ll still go ho, but if Xi Xi won’t keep company, I can only go to Xi Xi’s house, and by the way ask Uncle and Auntie which part of they’re not satisfied with."
Qin Xi glared at Him. "You’re threatening ."
Ning Ze grabbed her hand and said aggrievedly, "I am not. It was so hard for to make this trip—can Xi Xi really bear to send back just like that?"
Qin Xi wanted to say, She really could, but She couldn’t handle those pitiful, puppy‑dog eyes of His, as if She’d done sothing awful.
Though thinking about it, She had indeed lured a brat a few years younger than her into her bed, which was kind of making her feel guilty.
She deliberately said in an impatient tone, "Where do you want to go?"
Seeing that She’d agreed, Ning Ze imdiately said, "Wherever Xi Xi goes, I’ll go."
Qin Xi snorted lightly. "I want to go to the train station and buy a ticket to send you ho. You coming too?"
"Then I’ll buy one for Xi Xi too, and we’ll go ho together." Ning Ze looked at her with a beaming smile.
Qin Xi let out a dry chuckle and ignored Him, continuing to walk forward.
Ning Ze instantly followed, walking as He talked. "Xi Xi’s hotown is really beautiful. I really like it here."
Qin Xi said crossly, "The city’s small, transport’s underdeveloped, not modern enough, and the best hotel’s only four‑star. What’s so great about it?"
"Anywhere with Xi Xi is great."
Qin Xi, "..."
In a small town, information travels relatively slowly, and people aren’t that crazy about chasing celebrities. Plus it was the New Year holidays, so Qin Xi wasn’t too worried about being recognized. The two of them walked along the roadside.
Not long after they left, a middle‑aged man stopped at the entrance of the neighborhood. Looking in the direction they’d gone, he muttered, "How co that girl looks so much like my daughter? And who’s that kid next to her?"
