Shengyuan Group, in the eting room, heads of various departnts were reporting on their work.
The atmosphere was heavy, and everyone wore a serious expression.
Jiang Jingheng leaned back in his chair, watching the projection screen ahead, his handso face revealing no emotion.
Suddenly, a phone rang.
Everyone looked toward the sound and saw the boss pick up his phone, standing up to walk out.

That voice could definitely be described as gentle.

Jiang Jingheng pushed open the office door, hearing her voice in his ear.
"It’s nothing, really. I just t with Song Cheng’an, just finished talking, thanks for setting it up."
Jiang Jingheng chuckled, "As long as Mrs. Jiang is satisfied, it’s what a husband should do."
"Can you speak normally?"
Jiang Jingheng frowned, "Am I wrong? Aren’t we a couple?"
On the other end, Mu Yan clearly didn’t want to argue about this.
She asked, "How did you know I wanted to act?"
Jiang Jingheng countered, "Weren’t you a stand-in for people before? Wouldn’t you want to act?"
"Then why are you helping ?"
Jiang Jingheng leaned against the desk, chuckling, "Haven’t you read the marriage agreent? It clearly states that if the wife has any requests, the husband must help her develop her career. I consider myself an honest and trustworthy person."
The clause he ntioned, Mu Yan knew it too, but she never thought of taking advantage of it.
After all, his willingness to help her brother was already enough for her.
"Thank you."
Jiang Jingheng spoke with a hint of playfulness, "You’re welco, after all, we are husband and wife."
Suddenly there was a "click," and the phone beeped.
Jiang Jingheng looked at the phone; she had hung up.
Thinking of how flustered she must have been, the corners of his mouth lifted unconsciously.
He gathered his emotions and returned to his cold and unfeeling persona as he walked back to the eting room.
The eting continued, and everyone clearly noticed that the boss’s aura had softened significantly.
No one knew who managed to call him just now.
In the villa, Mu Yan was in an exceptionally good mood.
Even Yu Ma could feel her happiness and asked, "Young Madam, what did Young Master Song say to you to make you so happy?"
Mu Yan smiled, "I’m about to debut in acting, and he’s going to be my manager."

Just then, the phone in the living room rang.
After picking up the call, Yu Ma looked regretfully at Mu Yan, "The young master won’t be ho for dinner tonight."
Mu Yan smiled, "That saves from having to cook much."
Yu Ma looked at her, thinking she was putting on a brave face.
After work, Jiang Jingheng asked, "Did you tell the family I won’t be coming ho tonight?"
"I did, but..." Lian Jun hesitated.
"Hmm?"
"Yu Ma said Young Madam is cooking tonight."
Without a second thought, Jiang Jingheng said, "Return to Jinxiu."
"And what about Sun Hao..." Lian Jun hesitated.
Jiang Jingheng’s handso face turned slightly grim, "Go to the club!"
"Yes!"
Lian Jun followed in his footsteps, silently feeling sorry for the person who had prevented the young master from having dinner with the young madam.
