Entering the terminal, Mu Yan headed straight to the arrivals gate for international flights.
The gate’s periter was packed with people, all girls, holding glow sticks, and so even holding banners.
"Mu Mu"
"Lin Jiamu"
"Lin Jiamu, I love you."
Mu Yan was a bit awestruck; there’s no denying the popularity of a national idol like this.
She checked the ti and realized the flight had landed half an hour ago, so they would probably co out soon.
Once they co out, it would definitely be chaos, so she planned to step back a bit.
Before she could move back, the crowd surged towards her, pushing her forward.
"Excuse ." She said to the people next to her.
Yet the fans were too excited, their cheers rang out loudly, and no one paid her any attention.
She struggled to break free but couldn’t get out no matter what.
At the arrivals gate, people had already started coming out, with fans searching for a sight of Lin Jiamu.
Suddenly, soone shouted, "Wrong direction, Mu Mu is over there."
With that shout, the crowd suddenly ran in the opposite direction.
Mu Yan, hit by the surge again, was almost at her breaking point.
The crowd quickly dispersed, and soone accidentally kicked her leg, causing her to lose her balance and fall to the ground.
Her knee had an intimate encounter with the cold floor, causing her to clench her teeth in pain.
"Need a hand?" Suddenly, a gentle male voice ca from above.
Mu Yan looked up to see a young man in a business suit standing before her. He appeared to be under thirty, with a handso face radiating concern.
He had a suitcase beside him, indicating he was probably on the sa flight.
She shook her head, "I’m fine."
She struggled to get up, but her knee was too painful to bear any weight temporarily.
Suddenly, a large hand grasped her arm and gently helped her up.
Mu Yan imdiately expressed her gratitude, "Thank you."
"You’re welco." The man let go, taking a step back respectfully.
Mu Yan glanced back, noticing the crowd had moved away; it seed Lin Jiamu had already left.
Suddenly, she heard the person behind her ask, "Are you young people always this crazy about celebrities?"
"Huh?" Mu Yan was taken aback, turning back to explain that she wasn’t a fan.
But if she said she was friends with Lin Jiamu, it might seem a bit odd too.
At that mont, her phone rang.
Seeing the caller ID, she quickly answered, "Hello, where are you?"
"Oh, okay, I’ll be right over."
She hung up and was about to say goodbye to the person before her, only to find he had already walked away.
Oh well, let the misunderstanding be.
She turned and headed toward the parking lot.
After searching the parking lot, she finally found the car.
Once inside, Mu Yan greeted the manager sitting in the front seat, "Hello, Brother Xie."
"Hello." Xie Feng turned back and nodded at her.
Mu Yan looked at the young man next to her wearing a baseball cap and casual sportswear, who looked handso and sunny, and complained, "Your fans are too crazy."
Soone was a bit smug, "If my fans weren’t crazy, you wouldn’t be here now, would you?"
Mu Yan couldn’t help but roll her eyes; it’s Mu Chen who is a fan, not her, right?
She held out her hand, "Alright, give it to ."
Lin Jiamu blinked, looking innocently at her, "What?"
"Don’t pretend, you promised Mu Chen you’d give him your new album."
Lin Jiamu looked at her in surprise, "Did I?"
Mu Yan was a bit speechless, "Are you teasing him or teasing ? I just got pushed to the ground by your fans."
"Are you okay?" Lin Jiamu’s expression turned tense instantly; he looked at Mu Yan’s leg, almost taking it to examine.
Mu Yan shifted her leg aside and stuck out her hand again, "The album."
Lin Jiamu decided not to tease her any longer and took an album out of his bag and handed it over.
Mu Yan grabbed it quickly and put it in her bag, fearing he’d change his mind.
Lin Jiamu chuckled, "Do I seem that untrustworthy?"
Mu Yan gave him a sidelong glance, "Do you have any integrity?"
Lin Jiamu, "..."
