A group of old friends had endless topics to chat about.
Zhuang Yi suddenly asked, "Old Jiang, when are you going to Beijing?"
"No ti." Jiang Jingheng promptly shut down the conversation.
Zhuang Yi felt a bit frustrated and said with a smile, "Old Jiang, my cousin has been fond of you for a long ti. Wouldn’t it be great if you beca my brother-in-law?"
"I’m not interested in becoming anyone’s brother-in-law," Jiang Jingheng replied indifferently.
Dong Le laughed and said, "I wouldn’t mind being Brother Zhuang’s brother-in-law, but unfortunately, Brother Zhuang doesn’t agree."
Zhuang Yi glared at him, "Stop ddling."
Lying beside, Lan Xi couldn’t help but speak up, "Brother Zhuang, forget about your cousin. She’s spoiled and unreasonable. How can she match my Brother Jiang?"
"Lan Xi, are you purposely undermining ?" Zhuang Yi glared at Lan Xi.
Lan Xi stuck out her tongue at him and hid behind Lu Hao.
Lu Hao looked back at Lan Xi and said with a smile, "Alright, stop ssing around."
Zhuang Yi, not really wanting to bicker with Lan Xi, lifted a glass of wine and handed it to Jiang Jingheng, "Old Jiang, co on, let’s have a drink, brother."
Jiang Jingheng usually drank sparingly, but since he hadn’t seen Zhuang Yi for a while, he didn’t refuse.
After dinner, Ning Ze suggested going to the next place.
Jiang Jingheng hadn’t been to the nightlife scene in a long ti and declined.
Ning Ze, knowing his temperant, didn’t insist.
He looked at Song Cheng’an, "Brother Song, Brother Jiang rejected , you won’t reject too, will you? Besides, Brother Zhuang is here."
"You guys have gotten drunk enough, how can I keep going? I need to get up early tomorrow," Song Cheng’an answered.
"That’s unlike you. Besides, you don’t have to work, why get up early?" Ning Ze asked with a frown.
"Who said I don’t have to work tomorrow?" Song Cheng’an chuckled, "I have to et a few producers tomorrow."
Ning Ze looked at him in surprise, "You’re starting to manage artists again?"
"Yes." Song Cheng’an nodded.
Ning Ze beca interested and leaned in, "Is it a guy or a girl? How do they look?"
Song Cheng’an glanced at Jiang Jingheng and replied, "It’s a girl, and she looks..."
"It’s getting late, let’s go!" Jiang Jingheng suddenly interrupted.
Song Cheng’an curved his lips and said to Ning Ze, "We’re off, keep having fun."
"Alright, Brother Jiang, Brother Song, let’s et another day," Ning Ze waved with a smile.
Just as Jiang Jingheng got into the car, soone sat down next to him.
"Too lazy to call a driver, I’ll catch a ride," Song Cheng’an said with a smile.
Jiang Jingheng frowned, looked forward, and said indifferently, "Drive."
Song Cheng’an opened the window to get so air and suddenly said, "I’m really curious, do you ever feel lonely at night sleeping alone?"
Jiang Jingheng’s expression was calm, "No."
He had always slept alone, although he didn’t want to.
Song Cheng’an didn’t believe him and laughed, "Tough it out. Two films, and she’ll be back in about ten days."
Jiang Jingheng didn’t like the sll of alcohol on him and pushed him away.
Song Cheng’an was a bit displeased and snorted, "What do you an by that, are you going to disdain your wife later on too?"
"No!" Jiang Jingheng’s expression remained calm.
Song Cheng’an chuckled lightly, "So generous, huh? Doesn’t even mind your wife shooting a bed scene with soone else."
Jiang Jingheng’s eyes sharpened, and he asked coldly, "What did you say?"
"Mu Yan has a bed scene tomorrow. I wonder if she’s nervous. By the way, how are your usual skills? Don’t let her co back after shooting and despise you," Song Cheng’an joked.
"Stop the car and let him off!" Jiang Jingheng said coldly.
"Why, we’re not there yet," Song Cheng’an took a glance outside, still a long way off.
But Jiang Jingheng would not have it and kicked him out of the car.
Song Cheng’an stood on the side of the road, swaying slightly as he watched the car disappear into the distance, speechless.
He just made a joke, was that really necessary?
