Qin Xi paused her hand while holding the cup, glanced at Lin Jiamu, and realized he already knew.
She looked at Mu Yan, noticing she wasn’t the least bit awkward, and imdiately joked, "Yeah, Mu Yan, why didn’t you invite your husband over for dinner?"
If they hadn’t ntioned it, Mu Yan wouldn’t have thought about inviting Jiang Jingheng to co over and et everyone.
With Qin Xi around, even if Lin Jiamu knew about her marriage to Jiang Jingheng, he should be more restrained, right?
"Okay, let give him a call."
She took out her phone and dialed Jiang Jingheng’s number.
"Hey, what are you doing?"
"Working overti, I was about to ask you to co over for dinner." Mu Yan sounded a bit disappointed.
Whatever was said on the other side, Mu Yan instantly bead with joy, "Sure, okay, I’ll send you the address."
She hung up the phone and lowered her head to ssage him.

Mu Yan replied, "Yeah, he originally had to work late, but he’ll co to join us first and finish work at ho."
"Does a big shot need to work overti?" Qin Xi looked at her in surprise, "Could it be that he knew you wouldn’t be ho tonight, so he stayed at the office on purpose?"
Mu Yan was stunned for a mont; knowing Jiang Jingheng’s personality, it might actually be possible.
"What big shot?" Lin Jiamu’s voice suddenly interrupted.
Qin Xi cleared her throat, "Mu Yan’s husband, of course."
"Husband?" Lin Jiamu was clearly displeased with this word.
Nowadays, many boyfriends and girlfriends like to call each other husband and wife, and while others might not mind, when it ca to Mu Yan, he was extrely unhappy.
He hadn’t even t that man yet, how could he feel assured leaving Mu Yan to him?
"Yeah, don’t you know..." Qin Xi looked at Lin Jiamu, suddenly realized sothing, and abruptly turned to Mu Yan.
Mu Yan shook her head at her.
Lin Jiamu noticed sothing was off between the two and imdiately asked, "What’s wrong?"
"Nothing." Qin Xi quickly replied.
Mu Yan hesitated for a mont and said, "There’s sothing I haven’t told you."
Seeing her expression, Lin Jiamu realized this was no small matter and asked, "What is it?"
Mu Yan pressed her lips together and said, "I’ve gotten married."
Lin Jiamu looked at her in disbelief, "You, what did you just say?"
Mu Yan looked at him and seriously said, "I’m already married."
Qin Xi noticed Lin Jiamu’s hand trembling on the table and felt deeply sympathetic.
There’s nothing more distressing in this world than finding out the girl you like is already married.
Lin Jiamu felt as if his heart was being clenched painfully, and he restrained his agitated emotions, asking, "When did this happen, how co I didn’t know?"
"It was last year, I never got the chance to tell you." Mu Yan could sense Lin Jiamu’s emotions were off, so to ease the atmosphere, she said, "Even though I’m married, you still owe a wedding gift."
"Who!" Lin Jiamu said in a deep voice.
"You’ll see when he gets here." Mu Yan replied.
Lin Jiamu kept a stern face and said nothing, taking a huge gulp of water from the glass in front of him, trying to calm himself down.
But in reality, his heart had already been invaded by the chill, a frozen wasteland.
