The wind felt like knives slicing across her face, and Mu Yan’s heart was completely consud by fear, only waiting for death to arrive.

Mu Yan nodded her head and turned to look around, only to see a car parked in the middle of the road with its front smashed up, but the car that had just hit her was nowhere to be seen.
A large crowd surrounded her, speaking words she couldn’t understand.
She braced herself on the ground, preparing to stand up, only noticing then that her knee had been scraped and hurt a bit.
The person beside her noticed her stiff movents and helped her up.
After thanking him, she asked, "Excuse , what happened just now?"
"Just now, I saw a car rushing towards you, so I drove my car over to stop it, hence my car’s front being smashed, and that person ran away. But don’t worry, I’ve morized the license plate number and will report it at the police station later. Now, let take you to the hospital." The young man said.
Mu Yan expressed gratitude, saying, "Thank you."
She turned to look around, but the grandmother who had been beside her was nowhere to be seen.

"Mu Yan? Is your na Mu Yan?" The man’s surprised voice ca from beside her.
Mu Yan looked at him and said, "Yes, my na is Mu Yan, how should I address you?"
"My na is Jordan, my Chinese na is Kong Yanzi."
Mu Yan smiled a bit, "So you’re a descendant of Confucius, your na matches your surna quite well."
Jordan spread his hands, looking helpless, "I can’t help it, even though my family lives abroad, they still rember their Chinese heritage and take pride in being descendants of the Kong Family."
Mu Yan laughed lightly, about to say sothing, but Sister Wen and Wang Linjia ca to drag her aside to ask about the situation.
