Jiang Qin and the rest of the family saw Mo Chen off, having prepared a large pile of food and supplies for him.
She watched him board the spaceship that would take him back to that Prison Star.
She was worried and her heart ached for him, but more than anything, she understood.
She understood the beliefs, responsibilities, and ambitions he held in his heart.
"Let’s go. Ti to head ho." Jiang Qin said, taking one partner’s hand in each of her own as they started to walk back.
Partings were just a prelude to the next reunion.
