Based on the results of his examination, Noah prepared a potion for Ultear. After she drank it, her complexion improved noticeably after just a few monts.

"How do you feel?" Noah asked her.

"I feel a lot lighter and much more comfortable. The pain is gone."

Ur, watching from the side, was overjoyed. "Is the potion already working?"

Noah nodded. "I prescribed so dicine to treat the damage to her body. After she drank it, her body began to recover, so naturally, she feels much better. Also, during my examination, I discovered that although the Magic Developnt Bureau perford many terrible experints on Ultear, they also inadvertently improved her basic physical constitution. So, by healing the damage from the experints, we are also partially curing her original illness."

Hearing Noah's words, Ur's eyes reddened as she fought back tears. She could finally see a clear hope for her daughter's cure. Ultear was also very happy; if she could be cured, her mother wouldn't have to worry and struggle so much for her anymore.

Noah perford another check on Ultear and, after confirming her symptoms were improving, led them out of the lab.

When Erza and the others saw them co out, they all looked concerned about Ultear. They had already heard about what happened to Ur and Ultear from Gray and the others and were eager to know the current situation.

"Big Brother Noah, how is Ultear's body?" Erza rushed up to him and asked. Simon, Gray, and the others also looked at him expectantly.

"Not bad, not too bad at all. With the right treatnt, she'll be able to recover her health."

Gray and the others looked relieved. They were, of course, happy that their master's daughter could be cured. Simon and Kagura were also happy for Ultear.

"That's great!" Erza said, patting her flat chest with a sigh of relief. "That Magic Developnt Bureau is so evil, to treat Ultear like that! It's a good thing you saved her, Big Brother Noah."

"Those people have lost their humanity for their own selfish reasons. They don't see others as people. If I see anyone like that, I'll take them down, one by one!" Noah was still furious when he thought about what he had seen at the Bureau. He noticed that Erza and the others were looking at him curiously, as if they wanted to know more. They only knew that the Bureau had been cruel to Ultear and had lied to Ur, but they didn't know the specifics. Noah didn't want to expose them to such things so early. If anyone was to tell them, it should be Ur or Ultear themselves.

So, he changed the subject and turned to Ur. "Ur, what do you plan to do now? Ultear's treatnt will take so ti. Would you like to stay here for now? I still have plenty of empty rooms."

Noah's house was on the edge of Magnolia, near the eastern forest, so the price had been relatively cheap. It was a large, three-story house with several rooms on each floor, more than enough to accommodate everyone.

"Hmm... no, thank you. We'll go and rent a place. You've already helped us so much; we can't trouble you any further." Ur was hesitant at first, but she quickly fird up her resolve. She truly felt she owed Noah a great deal and shouldn't impose on him any more.

"You probably don't have much money right now, do you?" Noah said to her.

Ur was startled. "How did you know?"

"A long ti ago, you were searching everywhere for a cure for Ultear's illness, so you probably didn't have many opportunities to take on jobs and earn money, and you must have spent a lot. On top of that, I heard from Gildarts that you told him you had given up fighting as a wizard and hadn't joined any guilds. That must have happened after you received the false news of Ultear's death. That ans you've barely taken on any jobs since then. After that, you were training Gray and Lyon in the remote mountains, which doesn't require much money, so your savings could last. So, you probably haven't earned any inco for a very long ti. You should still have so money, but not much."

Ur looked completely shocked. Seeing her expression, Noah knew he had guessed correctly.

She sighed. "You're right. My savings are indeed running low, and it's been a very long ti since I've worked as a wizard."

Hearing that her mother had spent so much money on her illness, Ultear looked at her with worry. Ur saw her daughter's expression, knelt down, and stroked her head. "As long as I can cure your illness, I would willingly spend any amount of money."

Ultear threw her arms around her mother, and tears began to fall. Ur gently patted her daughter's back, comforting her.

"Since your savings are low, you should stay here for now," Noah suggested again. "In the future, if you've earned so money and still want to move out, we can talk about it then."

"That would be too much trouble for you," Ur said, her face full of gratitude.

"It's not really trouble. Actually, there are so things I'd like to ask you about. And living together will make it more convenient for to treat Ultear."

"What do you want to know? If it's sothing I know, I'll definitely tell you."

"Actually, I wanted to ask you about Ice-Make magic."

"You want to learn Ice-Make from ? But isn't your Light Magic already excellent?" Ur was puzzled by his request.

"To be precise, I don't want to learn Ice-Make, but the art of shaping itself. I want to be able to shape my light just like you shape your ice."

Noah had revealed what he truly wanted to learn. His own Light Magic was good, but it was all light bullets, light cannons, or simple swords. He couldn't create lifelike objects the way Ur could with her Ice-Make magic. That was why he wanted to learn from this master of the craft. Besides, he knew that if he was the only one giving, and Ur had no way to repay him, it wouldn't be good for their relationship. A give-and-take was always best.

Ur was delighted by his request. "Of course! But Light Magic and Ice-Make are probably quite different, so I'm not sure what you'll need specifically. Why don't you join my lessons when I'm teaching Gray and Lyon? If there's anything you don't understand, you can just ask ."

"That sounds great. And there's a snowy mountain nearby, isn't there? I rember you said you need to train on a snowy mountain."

"That's right. To control the cold, you must first beco one with it. That's why I choose to train in the mountains."
