Though he didn’t look directly at her, he was watching her from the corner of his eye. Seeing her bite her lip, her hands restlessly hidden behind her back, a deep, cold darkness filled Seth Quinn’s eyes.
In truth, he had arrived just as the incense in her hands snapped, so he had seen and heard the entire incident, including the crowd’s murmurs of doubt.
’I can’t believe sothing like this happened the mont she joined the cast,’ he thought. ’Judging by her expression, she must be completely incapable of defending or protecting herself, isn’t she?’

He had only intended to co see how she was adjusting, since it was her first ti filming and her first opening ceremony. He never expected to walk into a scene like this.
Seth Quinn’s eyes sharpened. He didn’t know yet if this was sabotage or an accident, but he would absolutely not let her be wronged because of it.
Of course he was going to help her.
When the crowd saw Seth Quinn, their faces were filled with surprise, which quickly turned to delight and excitent.
President Quinn never personally attended any events. The fact that he had actually co to the opening ceremony today showed just how much importance he placed on the film *A Lifeti of Splendor*.
Moreover, for the actresses who rarely had a chance to see him, this was a once-in-a-lifeti opportunity to get so close to their idol and behold his stunning good looks.
Naturally, they were both thrilled and excited.

Seth Quinn stood there, calmly facing the caras and the stares of the crowd.
He seed oblivious to the tense atmosphere. He simply scanned the crowd before speaking. "Since you’ve all offered your incense, I suppose it’s my turn."
With that, he turned and extended a hand toward Chase Childs, who was standing behind him.
Chase Childs understood imdiately. He nodded, got so incense from a staff mber, lit it from a candle, and handed it to him.
Seeing that he showed no intention of asking what had happened, Faye Jennings figured that perhaps he truly hadn’t noticed the strange atmosphere.
However, since no one else spoke up, she certainly wasn’t foolish enough to bring it up herself.
All she could do was fret inwardly, completely powerless to do anything.
Seth Quinn took the incense, raised it, and as he bowed slightly, he discreetly applied a bit more force with his hands.
"SNAP."
With a faint, crisp sound, the three incense sticks in Seth Quinn’s hand all snapped cleanly in half.
