’Disappointnt?’ Seth Quinn paused. ’Why would I be disappointed about not "bumping into" Clara Grant? I only ca to drop Miles off, not to see her... right?’

He stubbed out the cigarette after only a single drag, tossed it into the car’s ashtray, and picked up his phone to open his email.
