And when I bit down on my tail, my fangs just scraped against my scales, leaving a light mark that would probably disappear after so ti.
This an that I had to tear my scales out to even penetrate my own tail... I don’t know if this is a good or a bad thing.
Is there sothing I can do to avoid this? I have [Poisonous Bite], but if I do that, I might also accidentally poison myself as well. So that leave with no other choice than to tear my own scales out.
And that was rather difficult as I not only had to pry my hand under my scales to even get a grip on them, but also rip them out so that I could bite into my flesh. And to top it all off, my glans which were filled with the blood from the vial were starting to really hurt as they throbbed in pain, making my skull shake.
So, with all of that going on, I eventually managed to pry one of my claws under a scale before pulling it up. And for so reason, this was more painful than anything I’d felt before. Unusually so.
There was this gnawing feeling within that scread at to stop as my vision started to turn red. And I was also getting a splitting headache. I wasn’t sure if it was because of my instincts or the blood in my glands that was causing it, but I powered through the pain anyways.
As I gripped onto the scale and pulled at it, my entire body trembling in a profound amount of pain as I ripped my scale off of the flesh beneath it. I was grinding my teeth together, which didn’t help out with my stuffed glands that felt like they were going to explode at this point.
Another thing was that my body actively tried to stop from ripping my scales out, which just made all this much harder than it needed to be.
My vision had turned blood red at this point as I grit my teeth and finally tore the scale out.
"GGGAARRGGHH!!!" After screaming out all of my pain and frustrations in that mont, I noticed that my mouth was bleeding.
I must’ve been biting too hard to the point where I ground my teeth apart to a degree, causing my gums to bleed profusely. Thankfully I didn’t spill any of the blood in my glands, yet. Although I’m damn close to doing so.
I took a mont to focus and calm my mind a bit before I went back and grabbed another scale to rip that out as well as there wasn’t enough space for to fully sink both fangs into the soft flesh beneath.
When I was prepared, my vision was still red, but not quite as much. I prepared my body and mind and grabbed the next scale before pulling at it.
This ti, the feeling inside of was even worse as my vision almost instantly turned red. I figured that I should stop for a second before just yanking the scale out.
And that’s what I did.
And thankfully, it worked. Still extrely painful though.
"GGGAAARRRGGHHHH!!!!" My eyes were bloodshot and I could barely see anything, but I managed to get the scale out.
Unfortunately there still wasn’t enough room for to fully bite down into my flesh, aning I had to tear one last scale off to do so, but I wasn’t sure If I could do that again.
My vision was just blood red, my teeth felt like they were going to fall out due to how much strain I’d put on them, and my mind was starting to play tricks on . I could see that my scales were just falling off and my flesh was lting beneath it, leaving nothing but bone. I knew this was all just a fignt of my mind. Why? I don’t know, but I knew it wasn’t real as I could still feel my tail in my hands.
I was constantly trembling, my arms shaking nonstop. I don’t think I could pull another scale out like this. I had to think of sothing else otherwise I would probably faint at this rate.
I looked at all of my skills and saw [Demonic Transformation]. I wasn’t sure what would happen but it was the best thing I could think of that could help in this situation right now. So, I activate the transformation.
And I imdiately could tell that this was helpful as it cleared my head a bit and I felt like my teeth weren’t going to fall out. My vision was still red, but it was a different kind of red, and it was a lot clearer too. My glands also didn’t feel like they were about to explode as my body just felt larger in general.
The only problem was that my body was still trembling from the aftershock. And I think this state just made it tougher for to rip my scales out. Thankfully, I didn’t have to do anything as in this state I could relax, let my mind rest, my teeth recover and get set back into place properly. It also made holding the blood inside my glands much easier as they barely increased in size while the rest of did.
So, I waited for a while, and cald down before rescinding the transformation, and to my surprise, my vision had returned to normal. My body was still shaking, but that was the only problem I had again, aside from my glands now being too big once more and straining inside my body, ready to burst at any minute.
Hopefully though, I wouldn’t strain them any longer as I got ready to pull at the final scale before I could inject my blood. I didn’t know why I had to start from the end of my tail, but this is what I was supposed to do so it’s what I was going to do.
I grabbed the last scale and my instincts scread at once again to stop, but like before, I just pushed through the pain and tore it off.
"AAARRRGGGHHH!!!" This felt more painful than it should be and I don’t know why.
Regardless, I now had enough room to bit down into my tail and injected my blood into the end of my tail.
"GGGGGHHHHHHH!!!"
This was even more painful than tearing my scales of, to the point where I felt like I was going to faint and almost did, but in the process of doing that, my concentration on my glands slipped and expelled all of the blood into my tail which gave a second wind.
I felt the power within this divine blood resonate with my body as the last drops of said blood entered my bloodstream.
I imdiately took my fangs out of my tail and concentrated on circulating the blood throughout every vein that I could find using the power I had injected into it earlier. That was why I was required to soak it in my blood and suck up the sa mana infused blood from earlier, so that I could control the flow myself.
I split it into two sets, one going with the flow, and one going against it. Thankfully this wasn’t too hard as I had [Split Focus] which allowed to better concentrate on multiple things at once. I mainly concentrated on making sure that the blood flowing against the flow travelled properly, leaving only a small part of my focus making sure that the rest of the blood got in everywhere.
And that was all I did for the next few hours. Control blood.
