Adopting the most instinctive defensive posture, the extre abyss magic staff lded within the body appeared in hand.
However, judging by Green’s senses, this lifeform wasn’t very powerful. Based on the traces of life fluctuation, it appeared to be in a weakened state, roughly at the level of a Level Five Creature.
Rumble, rumble, rumble, rumble...
"Roar!"
Seemingly very familiar with this tal forest, the body swiftly maneuvered closer to Green, amazingly avoiding any hidden Temporal Fault. Amid the savage roars, through the world structure of black and white dots and lines perceived by the Green Truth Mask, an emaciated wild golden lion leapt out from the tal forest, pouncing over.
The over ten-ter physique showed prominently bloated joints. The skin clinging to the bones was gaunt from hunger, the sunken eye sockets, the consciousness in a semi-crazed state, the pupils veined with blood. Upon seeing Green, it went almost mad, disregarding everything, the opened huge mouth with each tooth seemingly as sharp as a dagger.
"Hmph, so weak, yet daring to attack actively. It seems to be starved mad, even to the point of disregarding life."
Compared to Green being an Elental Wizard, passively evolving creatures consu a trendous amount of food, requiring constant food replenishnt, there’s no doubt about this.
After confirming the opponent’s state, Green relaxed, a faint sneer curled up. Pointed by the extre abyss magic staff in hand, amidst the overflowing cold air, a silent black fla sparked up. In an instant, unsettling vibrations gathered from all directions as the light and dark twisted, and under the Elent Robe rules, with a crackling sound, the Arc of Oblivion flashed fleetingly.
Though this over ten-ter golden lion might once have been a Level Six Creature, imnsely powerful, yet in its current weakened state, it was likely weaker than even a Level Five Creature, losing the strength to even unveil its true body.
"Roar! Hungry, eat you, eat you!"
The chaotic wilful fluctuation, in mid-air, the golden lion’s right forepaw ignited a cluster of pale golden radiance, exceptionally pure, exuding an aura of a kingly presence, a power ordinary lower beings couldn’t possess.
"Hmm!?"
Green was slightly surprised, this creature, it had so prominence.
Indeed, under that pure pale golden radiance, the Arc of Oblivion posed no threat, offset against the Annihilation Force.
Yet evidently, this golden lion was very weak, as it could only partially offset the Arc of Oblivion before the pale golden radiance faltered. With a sudden roll, it avoided the remaining Arc of Oblivion, continuing to pounce towards Green.
Bang!
Utilizing the formidable insight and computational ability of the Truth Mask, Green leaped backward, easily evading the golden lion’s ruthless charge. The earth, under that desperate dual-clawed raging attack, shook with reverberations, as bone fragnts splattered in all directions, forming a giant pit.
"Heh, there’s still a considerable remaining brute force then."
Just by leaping backward over twenty ters, the splattered bone fragnt shards caused ripples upon hitting the Defense Shield on Green’s body surface. Following the pattern changes on the Truth Mask, abruptly, a mysterious and eerie aura spread between Green and the golden lion—that was socea’s gaze!
"Roar..."
Yet the golden lion, with a commanding presence, shook its mane fiercely, Green’s petrification attack seed to have no effect. At this mont, Green was indeed taken aback, what exactly was this creature previously!?
Bang! Bang! Bang!
With three consecutive claw strikes, every strike caused the earth to tremble, scattering bone fragnts in all directions. anwhile, Green retreated with ease, as the golden lion’s third attack ran out of steam. Suddenly, an attack by Repulsion ensued, causing the off-balance golden lion to, under the lock of Green’s Three-Colored Light Eyes, get struck by a second Arc of Oblivion.
This ti, even if the golden lion attempted a conscious evasive maneuver, it still was struck by the Annihilation Force.
With a mournful howl, its peak eyes instantly regained clarity, and with a "swish" sound, it fled to the distance.
Struck directly by the Arc of Oblivion, nearly half its body was completely annihilated, yet this creature still had the strength to escape; its vitality was surprisingly strong.
Within the True Ti, the rather complex combat process, yet in the lighter ti was simply a few flickers before a victor erged. As Green was about to pursue, so disturbance from afar caused Green’s expression to change.
Whoosh...
"Darn it, at this ti!"
The Temporal Storm struck again in the Retrogressive Luminance Illusory World, which is nearly the most dangerous natural disaster below the level of Dominators. Any creature trapped within has no hope of survival—over the months, Green had fully adapted to the Temporal Storms that might co at any ti here.
Under the Three-Colored Light Eyes of the Truth Mask gazing at the retreating golden lion, Green ultimately abandoned the chase. Swiftly collecting so of the opponent’s spilled blood, Green continuously activated Glyn’s Erasing Power, excavating a smooth-as-mirrored depression beside this tal forest to hide away.
Soon, the Temporal Storm raged overhead through the skeletal ruins, unstable fragnted distant foreign domain space-ti fissures intermingled, like the most dreadful blades slicing once through.
In the cavern, Green extended their left hand, above the palm, a small cluster of pale golden liquid floated—that was the spilled blood of the mighty lion.
Performing Curse Witchcraft?
Killing that golden lion, aside from getting a near-starved to-death weakened carcass with vastly fallen strength, had no value and provided no insight into Green’s understanding of this illusory world.
The Deep Illusionary World serves as the digestion system of the Endless World. The treasures gathered here, if they cannot be brought back to the real world, hold no aning, as the holder will eventually be fully digested along with the wealth by the Endless World.
Moreover, Green’s research on Curse Witchcraft was indeed limited, causing a lethal curse on such a high-order being was simply not possible.
Then...
Green ca to a decision.
Taking out so Energy Baryte, Green resourcefully constructed a simple altar out of surrounding bones, embedding the Energy Baryte, using magic guiding ink to sketch layer upon layer of Magic Runes.
A mont later, an exceedingly simplified altar was completed in the hands of Green, a Level 5 Stigma Grand Sorcerer, chanting the Sorcery Spell, with the blood bearing life information activating the mysterious magic power, establishing a connection with a weak will from the void.
"Hehehehe, mighty Lion King, how about we make a deal?"
Green made efforts to communicate with the golden lion’s will, this golden lion in the World of Retrogressive Luminance had been exiled for countless ages, impossible to be slain by the above Temporal Storms.
Though Glyn’s Erasing Power obliterated half of its body, creatures of this level had frighteningly tenacious vitality, recovering entirely given enough ti and rest.
No response ca, but Green didn’t give up, continuing, "I have endless food here, as long as you obey my will, sign a pact, and ally in this illusory world, you shall obtain it!"
This ti, finally, Green received a response from that weakened will.
"My na is Simba, state your na."
Green exhaled a sigh of relief, a smile appeared on the Truth Mask.
"You can call the Oblivion Sorcerer."
