A Sorcerer's Journey Chapter 694: Master Green

Before departing, there were still a few wizards in the Seven-Ring Holy Tower that Green needed to personally visit.

The first was Green’s old neighbor, Xiao Ba’s first friend at the Seven-Ring Holy Tower, the Demon-Hunting Bright Wizard, Angleray. This was a demon-hunting elite bright wizard, who was brought into the Seven-Ring Holy Tower by the Dawn Wisdom for his advanced knowledge research when he was just a First-Level Wizard.

Although Green wasn’t closely acquainted with Angleray, in the Seven-Ring Holy Tower, he was the only familiar face.

"Xiao Ba, let’s go!"

Standing on the back of the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab, Green shouted to Xiao Ba, who was reluctantly parting with Leafy. Xiao Ba, with blurred eyes from tears, was weeping and still being affectionate with Leafy on the Enigmatic Thousand-Headed Bird.

"My handso Green, co back soon."

Hundreds of Raindrops Flower Spirits flew around Lab, waving farewell to Green. Green nodded slightly, saying nothing more.

The Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab lifted into the air, carrying Green and the Enigmatic Thousand-Headed Bird behind him, flying towards Angleray’s Demon-Hunter Laboratory far away from the Seven-Ring Holy Tower.

Approximately three hourglasses later.

As the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab and the Enigmatic Thousand-Headed Bird descended, Green slowly walked down from the top of the crab’s shell. On the other side, Xiao Ba was still caught in lancholy over parting with Leafy, looking uninterested, flying over to the old wizard standing at the entrance of the Demon-Hunter Laboratory.

The old wizard smiled, with several sub-human won standing behind him, though they weren’t the sa ones Green had t his first ti.

"Oh, who upset Master Eight? Hahaha, I’ve never seen you like this before."

Xiao Ba mumbled a grunt, "Now, I’m the Steel Badge Myna with a family, how could I be like a child anymore!"

Green, who walked over, shook his head with a smile. After exchanging greetings with Angleray, Angleray couldn’t help but sigh, "I haven’t seen you in over a thousand years, and not only have you advanced to a Third-Level Great Sorcerer, but you’ve also earned a First-Level Honor dal, becoming one of the top great sorcerers in the Wizard World, it’s truly unbelievable news."

Angleray was now only a Second-Level Wizard, holding a Third-Level dal of Honor, rely an average Dawn Wisdom demon-hunting sorcerer in the Demon Hunting Expedition Space Fortress Command Room.

Following Angleray into the Demon Hunting Castle, Green took the foreign domain fruit juice handed over by the sub-human maid and casually chatted with Angleray, mainly to ease Xiao Ba’s sadness about departure.

Green also shared so of his own experiences, particularly the ones in the Nightmare World and the Mirage Desire Mystery Realm entrance at Cangyan Giant Mountain, which intrigued Angleray greatly.

After visiting Angleray, Green left the Seven Rings World, taking the Heart of the Seven Rings to the Wizard World.

He first went to the Zijin Fragrance Family, taking away his profits before purchasing so essential materials for traveling and even bought a set of top-tier Demon-Hunting Armor, consuming one thousand pieces of Witch Essence!

This set of Demon-Hunting Armor was made using top-grade Magic Stone, and the Zijin Fragrance Family branch had only one set left, unsold for over a thousand years.

The last demon-hunting wizard Green wished to visit within the Seven-Ring Holy Tower range was an old acquaintance he hadn’t contacted in a long ti, Naraku!

Wiki’s Vital Rebirth Grand Sorcery and Naraku’s Crystallized Ti Self-Sealing Technique were the witchcraft Green had once most desired to learn the principles behind.

Nowadays, with Green’s Third-Level Great Sorcerer perspective, these two witchcrafts weren’t considered elusive high-level knowledge. Wiki’s witchcraft belonged to the realm of wizard knowledge from various fairy rule worlds, and the basic knowledge of the Self-sealing Technique could be exchanged for in the Seven Rings Book.

Even though the Self-sealing Technique sought the sa outco, allowing wizards to perform self-sealing during ordinary tis and release the seal during crises to greatly enhance power, the principles were utterly different.

The "Laffey Ti mories" Self-sealing Technique, which Green aid for, would undoubtedly be accomplished more swiftly with Naraku’s Self-sealing Technique as a reference.

"Hmm!?"

Aboard the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab, abruptly, Green made eye contact with a wizard, and the two simultaneously involuntarily paused.

"Ahh, it’s this guy!"

Seeing this wizard, Xiao Ba perked up from his sulk.

The cold eyes of this Second-Level Wizard emitted a dark red eerie glow; a mass of gray flas flickered uncertainly atop his head, and his slender fingers were adorned with five skeleton rings. With a hunched body leaning on an unknown animal spine magic wand, he looked at Green with shock in his eyes.

"Ghost Pepper!"

It was unexpected that Ghost Pepper, already included in the demon-hunting record, appeared here and happened to et Green.

The grudges between them have beco too complex to trace back to their origins.

The culprit behind Laphie’s death was the Black Wizard Hattori Michizou, but he is already dead, while the indirect cause of Laphie’s demise was the demon-hunting record. However, demon-hunting sorcerers hunting invading dark sorcerers from the Elental Continent wasn’t wrong.

The enmity between Ghost Pepper and Green was solely due to Green, for Laphie, recklessly violating Wizard Continent Sacred Tower Rules, yet ultimately gaining nothing and instead causing Ghost Pepper to miss the opportunity to join the demon-hunting record, thus bearing resentnt.

However, when Green voluntarily gave up the chance to join the demon-hunting record a second ti, and Ghost Pepper succeeded in rising, their conflict seed to subside with no further continuation.

Such complex twists of fate are, indeed, true destiny!

Green and Ghost Pepper stared at each other blankly, a mont of bizarre silence, the elents in Green’s eyes beneath the Truth Mask facing Ghost Pepper’s eerie blood-red gaze, forming a subtle confrontation even in aura.

After a long while, sweat dripped from Ghost Pepper’s forehead, his face a bit pale, revealing a strenuous smile while slightly panting. He lowered his head and solemnly said, "Master Green."

"Hmm."

A calm voice, incredibly deep.

Like an overwhelming ocean, the oppressive aura beneath the Truth Mask, the elental eyes retracting their invasive gaze, Green responded before leaving. (To be continued.
