Baiyu knew many Divine Spirits held several authorities.

She seed to wield part of the earth's authority.
Yet the Goddess of Life didn't fully control this authority, and even in the earth domain, it wasn't her main domain.

The fact that the City Lord's authority also leaned toward the earth was perhaps because two deities already grasped the earth's authority, prompting the City Lord to seize the domain held by the True Shadow?

The stone layer around the City Lord's body was instantly shattered, and the two beams of black light pierced through her body, directly disintegrating her upper half!
In that instant.
The three attendants' eyes were filled with unimaginable anxiety.
Yet they knew the City Lord was unhard, otherwise all the City Lord's sculptures within the Tower of Miracles would shatter instantaneously.
Sure enough.
The City Lord's body, reduced to re legs, quickly lost its luster, breaking apart into pieces of black stone scattered in the void of darkness.

The black stone throne reappeared, and the City Lord sat on it unscathed, without any injury to her entire being.
But this was only superficial.
It was evident that her spirit had significantly waned, and the divine light surrounding her had dimd considerably.
The previous strike had not been entirely absorbed by the City Lord; instead, she had employed another ans to withstand the assault.

An unmatched force tore open a gigantic chasm resembling a scar in the Dark Cosmos, from which oozed fresh blood.
As if the cosmos was a living entity, its skin was violently torn open.

It unleashed a power Baiyu could not comprehend. Though he couldn't understand it, he felt an extre sense of danger.
If he were present on-site now, even without facing an attack, rely enduring this power's aura for a second would result in instant death!
There was absolutely no chance of survival!
Aside from Baiyu, the three attendants beside him also turned pale, their eyes filled with terror.
Upon the opening of the bloody scar.

Wounds erupted from the cosmos, shadowing it closely, appearing to chase it down.
Is this the True Shadow?
