Clear skies for miles, white clouds drift gently.
The air is fresh, seagulls soar, waves crash against the shore, fish strand on the beach, whale sharks swim freely.
Ten warships are anchored at the shore, lined up side by side, appearing majestic and grand against the blue sea.
All the island’s residents wear white robes, orderly proceeding to the central square, while the military patrols the island, checking residents’ identities and allowing them through one by one.

All the distinguished guests are led by Gianna through a special passage to the palace, settling in the lounge as maids enter one by one, respectfully offering fragrant teas.

The eight guests present are significant figures: Yan Nanmo, Sangque, King Milaiden of Lais and his son, Eleventh Prince Agunara, Lady Mindai, Sangque’s only son Lorde, Lady Mindai’s adopted son, the youngest duke in Country Y’s history, Duke Neo, and President Relos from Country E.
Any one of them could stir the world alone, and now that they are all gathered, the atmosphere in the small room instantly becos cramped; maids move carefully, fearing to provoke the displeasure of these influential people.
Neo is only twenty-three years old, the youngest duke in history. Though outsiders see him as a debauched noble who changes won more often than clothes, what is most notable is his feud with his stepmother.
Neo has a typically Western appearance, with pronounced and chiseled features and deep eyes that always carry a glimr of a smile when he looks at people, gentle and amorous. His handso face easily moves won’s hearts. When a maid serves him tea, he unexpectedly grabs her hand, but the trained maid doesn’t panic and calmly withdraws her hand, escaping the room at lightning speed.
Neo touches his chin, looking in the maid’s direction and laughing: "Even a maid is so interesting, truly amusing."
Butler Ziyu was well aware of Neo’s tendencies, so he sent a specially trained maid to serve him tea.
"The Duke is indeed as charming as rumored, even a maid doesn’t escape his attention, haha...."
It was Agunara speaking, glancing sideways at Neo, with a hint of sarcasm in his tone.
King Milaiden glanced at him, motioning for him to speak less.
Neo smiled and glanced at him, "With so many princes in Lais, I wonder which prince this one is?"
Insinuatingly mocking him as an insignificant person.
"You...." Agunara gritted his teeth, secretly resentful.
Then he laughed: "Growing up in the countryside leads to a lack of manners, and no matter how fine your clothes, it can’t change the inherent lowliness."
