Langya left with a resentful look in his eyes, his tail between his legs.
Ning Zihuan quickly took a "combat shower," washing away the sll of blood and changing into a set of clothes he thought looked good, spritzing on so cologne. A teenage boy in the throes of unrequited love could be sowhat narcissistic, checking himself out in the mirror several tis before he finally strode out confidently.
This was the first ti she had taken the initiative to seek him out, and Ning Zihuan’s mouth was stretched into a grin that almost reached his ears in his joy.
In the living room, the tea was almost cold, but Ning Zihuan still hadn’t appeared.
Yun Ya was getting anxious, but the calm she had honed over the years didn’t show on her face.
When Ning Zihuan saw the girl sitting on the couch, his eyes lit up.
"Yun Ya," he called her na, stepping towards her.
Yun Ya stood up, her lips pressed tight, "I’m running out of ti, Zihuan, I need your help."
Seeing the urgency in her eyes, Ning Zihuan sensed sothing was wrong and asked with a frown, "What happened?"
"In eleven hours, a plane from Germany will land at Hong Kong International Airport. I need you to help find soone among the passengers, soone very, very important to ."
Yun Ya spoke rapidly and calmly, but Ning Zihuan could hear a hint of hidden eagerness.
He nodded without hesitation, "Okay."
"I’ll go to Hong Kong myself, don’t worry, I’ll make sure to bring the person back to you." As he spoke, he reached for his phone to make a call.
Yun Ya shook her head, "I’ll go with you."

An hour and a half later, Yun Ya and Ning Zihuan landed from the plane.
This was Hong Kong International Airport.
At the nearby hotel, Yun Ya and Uncle Chang t and introduced each other; then Uncle Chang said, "We’ve got people stationed at every exit, even infiltrated the airport staff. Miss, rest assured, as soon as they arrive, we will snatch them back."
Yun Ya stressed again, "Miaomiao’s personal safety is a top priority."
She felt that things weren’t that simple; if the other party had managed to snatch soone away under such tight security and had already arranged the route to escape from the German federal police and local underworld forces, it showed that they were no ordinary people and had co well-prepared. How could they not anticipate the situation back ho?
Yun Ya even called Ben to make sure the other party was on the flight and sent Miaomiao’s photo for comparison, receiving a certain confirmation in response.
The airport surveillance footage was evidence; indeed, two people dressed in black had taken Miaomiao onto that flight.
Even so, Yun Ya was still not at ease.
They cast a wide net, deploying everyone, surrounding the entire airport. Not enough people? Ning Zihuan borrowed more from the local underworld, and with that, the entire airport fell under Yun Ya’s control.
She contacted Allen to hack into the airport’s surveillance system. That scumbag Allen was in bed fighting with a woman, telling Yun Ya to wait until he was done—by then even the dill might have wilted.
Yun Ya, supporting herself on the hotel’s floor-to-ceiling window, couldn’t help but yell, "Get the hell off of her now! If you screw this up for , it’s over between us."
Allen rolled off the woman in a hurry, startled, "Holy grandma, what’s gotten into you? Who’s pissed you off so much you’re this angry?"
Yun Ya closed her eyes, took a deep breath; only Miaomiao could make her lose control like this. Even Yan Song would have to take a step back at such a ti.
"My brother has been kidnapped."
Allen said in surprise, "What?"
Yun Ya had a brother who was more valuable to her than life itself, Allen had heard about him; this brother was disabled, but the source of that information wasn’t pursued. That didn’t stop Allen from knowing Ji Yunmiao, however.
"So, you need to help this ti, Allen. I’m leaving the surveillance to you. I’ll send you my brother’s photo later."
This mission was significant and challenging.
But given the relationship between the two, Allen was ready to go through fire and water for her.
Ning Zihuan watched Yun Ya’s back. She was speaking all in English, very fast, and Ning Zihuan struggled to understand.
Yun Ya had a twin brother; he had known about him long ago. Could it be that the kidnapped person was Yun Ya’s brother?
But why would he be abroad?
Ning Zihuan felt there were many mysteries surrounding Yun Ya, but clearly, now wasn’t the ti to discuss them.
Ning Zihuan walked up beside her and said, "We have seven or eight hours before the plane lands. You should get so rest to gather strength."
It was already past nine o’clock at night, but how could Yun Ya possibly sleep.
