Even Tang Feng couldn’t help but turn his face away. Seriously, is it really okay to torture us single dogs like this?
Bai Ruozhu noticed everyone avoiding her. She awkwardly glared at Jiang Yichun and quickly changed the subject.

He finished and fled back into the room, quickly bolting the door.
Bai Ruozhu almost laughed out loud, but they couldn’t just stop talking because of Ma Feicui outside, right? Why should they fear such a woman?
Jiang Yichun’s eyes showed evil energy as he raised his hand in a throat-slitting gesture, startling Bai Ruozhu. Was he really thinking of killing her?
Before she could react, Jiang Yichun quickly covered his face with a veil and jumped out the window.
Everyone was stunned. He started so swiftly?
Soon, Jiang Yichun’s figure appeared outside, and before Ma Feicui could make out the situation, she was knocked unconscious by a swift chop to the neck.

Bai Ruozhu’s mouth twitched. So the throat-slitting gesture was just knocking Ma Feicui unconscious, not actually killing her.

Bai Ruozhu and the others quickly packed up and jumped out the inn’s backyard, slipping away through the nearby alleys.
Soon, the group changed to another inn, slightly remote and quite old, conveniently located near the Luo Family’s area.
Bai Ruozhu thought Ma Feicui wouldn’t expect them staying here. She told Jianqi, "Go find Qiu Zhi, don’t let that little Daoist return to the inn and get captured by a female thug."
Jianqi left in big strides, and Bai Ruozhu and the others discussed for a while longer before Tang Feng left to take care of business.
"Later, I plan to make another visit. I have a feeling we haven’t discovered everything; sothing is bound to show up soon." Bai Ruozhu said to Jiang Yichun.
"I’ll go with you." Jiang Yichun said.
To their surprise, when night fell, Jianqi and Qiu Zhi still hadn’t returned. Bai Ruozhu and Jiang Yichun had a simple dinner with Yizi then arranged for her to set up formations in the inn before heading out to find them.
Bai Ruozhu thought the two might have been caught in the illusory realm again, "It’s confird that when the Luo Family sleeps, people around easily enter the illusory realm. She might not only sleep at night but also rest during the day, trapping them this way."
"What if she sleeps continuously, and we can’t get out?" Jiang Yichun asked.
