Bai Ruozhu almost burst into foul language; wouldn’t killing that black boss directly be more satisfying? Alas, it was too late.

Everyone heightened their alertness, and followed Jiang Yichun to the seaside.
At this mont, the Black Pirate Ship docked at sea was still pitch black, but had lost its forr aura, because their boss, along with most pirates, were trapped on that strange island.
"Mo Beishan, organize the people, get ready to board the ship." Jiang Yichun said.
"Okay." Mo Beishan imdiately arranged the personnel, dividing them into groups to board the small boat headed toward the distant Black Pirate Ship.
Bai Ruozhu, Jiang Yichun, Gao Zhou, and others took one boat and soon boarded the Black Pirate Ship.
There were so pirates left to defend the boat, but they were few, so nearly at first face-off, the remaining pirates were captured.
Bai Ruozhu paid no heed to the battle on the deck and went down to the ship cabin.
Before long, she found the fishern who had been captured in a damp and dark lower level.
A group of people, trembling and fearful, showed a look of delight upon seeing her.
"Madam, is it you who ca to rescue us?" an elderly man exclaid with joy.
"It’s okay now; you’ll soon be able to go ho." Bai Ruozhu said.
She quickly scanned her surroundings; the suspected Fusang woman was still there, huddled in one corner, with hardly any presence.
But she did not see the mother of that ignorant youngster, Abao, from last ti, and couldn’t help but ask: "Where is Abao’s mother from last ti?"
A woman showed a sorrowful expression, "Abao’s mother was a pitiful soul, the pirates said Abao, if he wants to mix with them, needs to harden his heart, they said..."
The woman’s voice choked up, "they said that these pirates have no family, therefore no burden, and that for Abao to harden his heart, he should first kill his mother."
Bai Ruozhu was startled, now Abao really did it!
That damn youngster, she should have killed him; he’s worse than a beast!
Others chid in with curses, and the woman wiped the corner of her eyes, saying: "He threw his mother into the sea with his own hands!"
Bai Ruozhu felt a pang of sorrow too; she could imagine Abao’s mother falling into the sea in despair; when people are drowning, they’re already in despair, and even if they hadn’t fallen into the sea, their heart would already be dead.
Bai Ruozhu recalled that the youngster nad Abao was not among the people trapped on the island; it seed he was left on the ship to guard it and should have been captured by Achun and the others.
"Can we leave here now?" soone asked uneasily.
Bai Ruozhu thought for a mont and said, "The ship has been taken control of by the Danliang Governnt Office, you don’t need to worry too much."
She then walked to the Fusang girl, reached out to hold her hand, and pulled her up.
The girl’s hand was tender, even with so newly-ford calluses, but definitely not the hands a woman from a fishing family used to hard labor would have.
"I lack a maid by my side, you co." Bai Ruozhu softly said.
The girl showed a panicked look at the end of the year, withdrew her hand and backed away, shaking her hands frantically at Bai Ruozhu.
Others looked on enviously, and a woman said: "Madam, she is mute, afraid she cannot serve you well; why not let go instead?"
Bai Ruozhu smiled at everyone and said, "I know she’s mute, that’s why I am prioritizing care for her."
Most fishern are simple and honest; hearing this, they felt embarrassed to compete with a mute girl, seeing themselves healthy and boisterous, it wouldn’t be right to compete with her.
The Fusang girl still wanted to refuse, but she could not speak; a re gesture of refusal seed particularly feeble and powerless.
Bai Ruozhu went over and held her hand, making it impossible for her to break free anymore.
"Don’t be afraid; don’t feel inferior because you can’t talk, I’ll teach you what needs to be done." Bai Ruozhu said with a smile.
At this ti, footsteps were heard from above; Jiang Yichun had finished dealing with the pirates on the deck and imdiately ca over to find his wife.

"Everything is resolved above; let’s go up." Jiang Yichun said.
Bai Ruozhu nodded, "Did you capture a youngster nad Abao?"
"Didn’t notice the nas, seems there weren’t any young ones." Jiang Yichun replied.
Bai Ruozhu’s face changed slightly, "Wouldn’t classify him as an ordinary captive, would you? We must take soone to identify him imdiately; he just killed his own mother, who knows what he might suddenly do."
A middle-aged worker imdiately said: "I’ll help you recognize him, scum like this cannot be allowed to stay."
Jiang Yichun quickly took the person away, and Bai Ruozhu also pulled the Fusang girl along behind.
Sadly, before they reached the deck, Abao was already exposed; because Abao looked like a boy incapable of anything, nobody saw him as a pirate, nor bound him, he seized the opportunity to kill one of Mo Beishan’s subordinates.
When Bai Ruozhu rushed over, the guard’s throat was cut deep, with blood pouring out, life already out.
A young boy just turned pirate, yet capable of using such cruel ans to kill without a blink, truly unimaginable.
Mo Beishan angrily wanted to kill Abao, Bai Ruozhu opened her mouth to stop him.
"Wait, killing him in one stroke is too easy on him; bind his hands and feet, throw him into the sea, let him experience drowning for himself."
Mo Beishan nodded, "Alright."
Abao glared at Bai Ruozhu in anger, "Woman, how can you be so cruel, have so guts, give a quick death!"
Bai Ruozhu laughed coldly, "Cruel? You can kill your own mother and still have the nerve to call others cruel?"
At the ntion of this, Abao fell into a daze and sat on the ground, "I didn’t want to, but I didn’t want to die; my mother always said I was her hope, she would die sooner or later anyway, why couldn’t she sacrifice a bit for ?"
"Heh, how selfish." Fang Luo couldn’t help but speak.
Li Jin, who ca along, showed hesitation, "He’s just a child, isn’t that too harsh? Maybe we could give him a chance?"
Bai Ruozhu grew cold, "A life for a life, he killed at least two people, why should he be given a chance? Who gave his mother a chance? Who gave the guard he killed by stealth a chance?"
Abao seed very afraid of drowning; his expression was no longer as arrogant, and he cried out in panic, "I, I had no choice, this was what I discussed with my mother, I infiltrated the pirates for a chance to avenge my father. My mother was in agreent; she willingly sacrificed herself."
He spoke as if it were true, if he’d obediently surrendered earlier without killing that poor guard, Bai Ruozhu and others might have believed him.
