Chapter 1186: Chapter 178: Final Preparations and Departure (Thanks to Yin Liuxiao for the alliance leader!)

The bloodred ocean and the calm white mist, such extre scenes, such frequent transitions, truly left Ian feeling astonished.

For the past nine years, since awakening the Foresight View, he had never witnessed such a scene.

“Interesting.”

But after a brief mont of surprise, Ian’s mind began to operate rapidly, pondering the reasons.

This intense and abnormal change clearly has several possibilities.

The first is a confrontation between strong forces.

Currently, beneath the calm exterior of the camp, all eight Fourth Energy Level strong figures are certainly confronting each other in secret, determining each other’s strength and hidden tactics, and the resulting final actions from this strategic ga will undoubtedly affect the life and death of everyone present.

In fact, the decision to set out for exploration the day after tomorrow is precisely the outco of this ga — Canaan Moore, a native official, and the Dragon Worship Cult have main exploration teams, and The Empire, leveraging the Dragon Worship Cult, had Ian join them. Due to geographical advantages, their influence over the ruins is inevitably increasing. Yet, other forces will not allow this, preferring even to be less prepared than to let The Empire and Canaan Moore gain too much advantage in this aspect.

The Azure Sky Royal Court is definitely the most anxious about this. While they do hold certain geographical advantages above other countries, they are weaker than The Empire and Canaan Moore. Leveraging their early preparations, they can still stand on equal footing now, but over ti, the Royal Court’s relative strengths and weaknesses will beco increasingly apparent.

However, Ian quickly ruled out this possibility.

Although it can explain many things, the future changes caused by strong force confrontations should not be so regular; rather, they should be more unpredictable.

——So, is it so key figure, let’s say a strong person of Fifth Energy Level, contemplating and preparing to make a decision?

This is the second possibility.

As he is aware of the existence of the Source of Dragon Blood, Ian also understands that at the end of this exploration, there is a very high possibility of a Fifth Energy Level confrontation — quite a few individuals facing their fate seek life-extending treasures to reclaim a second life.

Without discussing others, the Fifth Energy Level figures of both Yanjiang and Canaan Moore are very advanced in age, especially the one in Canaan Moore’s National Domain Departnt, a presence behind The Pillar Party; she has grown exceptionally old, prompting the future successor Golan National Domain to personally partake in this exploration.

Figures of their level, once determined to co and seize the Source of Dragon Blood in the end, the ensuing Fifth Energy Level war would not only doom this re camp, but the entire gathering area and city circle surrounding Half Moon Lake would be annihilated.

Yet, therein lies the issue. When a Fifth Energy Level decides, regardless of how indecisive they are about decision-making, once they truly decide, it should either be certain death or normalcy… it shouldn’t be such that ordinary people in the camp still have a chance to ‘survive’.

In other words, the threat caused by Fifth Energy Level shouldn’t be as middling as Ian witnessed.

“Then it should be pitch black, with not even a hint of red.”

Ian stared outside the window, his azure eyes reflecting the ‘brilliance of destiny’ that others couldn’t see, and murmured softly, “Then it seems, it’s the third possibility… interference from the Prophet?”

Whether it was the laboratories of previous eras’ civilizations or the Source of Dragon Blood, all may foresee the prophecies made by the Prophets of great powers.

However, Ian exists here.

Thus, all major forces will know that there’s a Prophet unknown to them at this location.

The reason Ian initially assud the Crown Prince believed him to be a Prophet was exactly because he realized that The Empire’s Prophet would surely notice his existence. And then, just with a little investigation, they could easily pinpoint him as an apparent target.

But this doesn’t seem like interference between Prophets — if it really was such a case, then Ian should at so mont see nothing, with the entire Foresight View utterly blank.

“Doesn’t matter.”

Although he speculated one by one and ruled out one by one, this also functioned as an organization of existing information. After discounting the third possibility, Ian instead smiled: “This stage is an opportunity to make my title as a Prophet known worldwide — my Prophet Power will surely be exposed, but I need to lay the groundwork for myself, using this shock and prophetic identity to obscure other identities I should conceal even more.”

“As for why everyone in the camp hovers between life and death…”

Closing his eyes, Ian spoke to himself with intrigued curiosity: “Could it possibly be because of ?”

Having ruled out three possibilities, he gradually approached the truth.

“Without a doubt, I am a critical exploration figure for the Exotic Species Research Institute. The Silver Chip and Rites of the Star Gods, and the Pioneer’s relationship are also pivotal. If it’s , perhaps it could indeed cause a significant impact… my actions could determine the life and death of everyone within the ruins, this is no exaggeration.”

“If I ever slacken, thinking ‘there’s nothing to worry about in these ruins, anyway, I am the holder of the Foresight View,’ everyone might instead die because of it.”

“But as long as I remain vigilant, conversely, the entire camp stays incredibly safe.”

At this point, all Terra People in the camp have beco ‘assistive tools’ for observing his own future, in Ian’s perspective. Coupled with the earlier conversation with Crown Prince Carlos, where being rely ‘prepared’ could alter fate, this made Ian inevitably think of such possibilities.
