Practicing the dragon bloodline true form will enhance it, but it doesn’t result in other Sublimation Organs appearing with growth. They also lack a Dragon Soul, being purely human.
But the Dragonfolk appearing in Xia Hui Territory are different...
Like Dragon Sub-humans, they are naturally endowed with part of the True Dragon’s power—pure True Dragon’s power, True Dragon’s body, reaction speed, and intelligence. They are born immune to almost all diseases and toxins, with exceptionally strong learning abilities. This is a special ability granted by the Dragon Soul feature.
