The world’s gaze converged on the City of Knowledge. Those who had anticipated it silently waited for the result and changes, while those unaware were stunned but suppressed their curiosity.
They will not act imdiately, never, because no one knows whether the change hides crisis or opportunity, especially when it involves a major force like the City of Knowledge. No one wants to beco a scout for others.

In the Subspace Hall, another speaker stepped down. The scholar with blue eyes closed his eyes slightly, revealing a smile: "In the first half-hour, no one will act, and the Guardian won’t be able to break my Void Shield imdiately."
Kerraith was aware, or rather, he had foreseen all the outcos, which is why he dared to hold the Spirit Energy Developnt Conference now... and ensured everyone inside the venue knew nothing of the external turmoil, calmly presenting their various research.
Except for that one...
He slightly turned his head, looking behind him, where a dark gold dragon crouched, six eyes eting his gaze.

—What if I noticed?
Buzz, a few seconds later, the dragon transford into a human, and the black-haired knight was ready to take the stage.
"Ian, there seems to be sothing going on outside."
At this mont, Yisen Gard seed to sense sothing. He didn’t know why but felt a bit anxious, or rather, his heart was pounding violently as though anticipating sothing, yet also fearing it.
The blond youth said softly, "There’s been sothing off about the City of Knowledge from the start, the conference was organized too quickly, I suspect there might be..."
"A conspiracy. I’ve known for a while."
And Ian slowly stepped forward: "On my first day in the City of Knowledge, I foresaw everyone. The land was calm and harmonious, and even Yisen, there wasn’t a trace of red light on you. I’m not sure why this is, but either a Prophet interfered with my foresight, or it’s just a false alarm."
"Or, perhaps, this matter itself involves soone who ’Transcends Ti and Space’ watching it, making it impossible to predict."
Smiling, Mahdi stepped forward, indifferent to the changes outside: "But none of that matters, I only know that now, perhaps the whole world is watching the City of Knowledge."
"This is the scenario I want."
At this mont, before Ian, the last speaker stepped down.
The one who just presented was a scholar from Whale Song Cliff, and his topic was the connection between ’Gourt Food and Spirit Energy,’ which turned out to be unexpectedly valuable.
Special gourt food beyond ordinary human sensory experiences, made from Magical Beasts and Sublimation Materials, called ’Spirit Food,’ can greatly stimulate the human brain’s perceptual abilities. By chewing, swallowing, digesting, and absorbing these extraordinary materials and enjoying the stimuli they bring, a human can acquire so ’Spiritual Perception Ability’ even before becoming a Spirit Energy User.
This could even be considered a weak form of Spirit Energy. In reality, it was the opening of ’Spirit Vision.’ Once Spirit Vision is opened, not only can one see many things invisible before, but the probability of becoming a Spirit Energy User also increases to thirty or forty percent!
Ian first applauded and then stood up amidst the applause, heading towards the podium.

Amidst the gazes of hostility, suspicion, or curiosity, the black-haired knight stood on the podium.
"I am Mahdi Ravine, the Emissary from Dragon Island."
He gave a simple introduction and then got straight to the point: "All of your research is excellent, but as the strongest group of researchers in Spirit Energy across the Whole Terra, have you not realized that your research is essentially a collection of individual ’techniques’?"
"Creating Spirit Energy through the influence on the body, through emotional influence, or the stimulation of Magic Potions leading to pure neural and physical feedback to create Spirit Energy... all of your techniques aim to produce Spirit Energy Users. Why? Because Spirit Energy does not require resources, it only needs awakening, and an ordinary person can leap to beco a Spirit Energy User, on par with Sublimators."
"And after becoming a Spirit Energy User, taking Magic Potions is as simple as adults playing with children’s toys."
"These are all roundabout ways because there’s no way to beco a Sublimator, no way to traverse the path of Sublimators, so you chose a more direct but also more uncertain Spirit Energy path, like a blind box, not realizing that past civilizations were also Sublimator cultivation civilizations, both should complent each other, not be isolated."

At this mont, the hall was filled with questioning and challenging voices, clearly, Ian’s criticism was an insult to all the Spirit Energy Users present.
