After all, on Far Shore Island, live humans consud Dreaming Potion to enter, capable of enduring the sensation of being torn apart repeatedly by Magical Beasts in dreams, and could apply what they learned at night upon waking during the day, providing so feedback, whereas the Heart of Terra consisted entirely of Lost Souls, and if they died too often in the void, they might truly vanish into oblivion.
Therefore, the information on the three Paths of the Dao had to be sealed, not allowing even a trace to enter Paradise.
But this doesn’t an that the information on the three Paths of the Dao couldn’t be used.

Ian only needed to limit the daily deaths to ensure the Heart of Terra benefited from living support while his domain enjoyed entertainnt without harm.

On the Earth Ian ca from before reincarnation, Cyber Technology was indeed advanced, and in ’old regions’ like the Earth-Moon System, many people chose to abandon their bodies and live entirely in Cyber Space.

This was not much different from resurrection, and many of those downloaded back possessed skills learned in Cyber Space, rivaling competent technicians working in the real world.
Moreover, since Ian was initially an engineer on a colonial spaceship, he knew very well that many designs of different colonial ships on Earth nearly eliminated any ’flesh and blood’ elents, favoring purely chanical ships. The principle was similar, whereby everyone uploaded to the core server, spending potentially decades to centuries on voyage ti in various virtual worlds and gas, only to manufacture bodies to return upon arrival at the destination.
