Although most of the symbiotic Brain Slugs had degenerated due to the lack of genetic modulation chambers to sustain them, so had successfully adapted to the environnt of Terra after Heavenfall and achieved ‘Magical Beast Transformation.’
This Magical Beast Transformation is the essence of how the Native Great Shamans of Redwood were able to rge with and control the formidable Magical Beasts—the essence of each of the Native Great Shamans of Redwood was that of the ‘Sublimator of the Attached Brain Slug Bloodline’!
They transford themselves into Brain Slugs to coexist with Magical Beasts and control their every move.
What Ian needed was not the overly powerful Brain Slug, but rather so ‘seeds’ that might exist within so Redwood People.
Adalbert had a fairly complete thod to propagate these seeds, then subtly adjust their structure to make them into a potion.
Once that was done, all Ian would need was an excuse to inject the potion into the entire population of Xia Hui Territory.
Then, just like in the Duke Sorin’s Domain, ‘Universal Soul’ will erge in Xia Hui Territory!
With the experience of predecessors, the practice would be much quicker.
Now, all Ian had to do was wait—wait for ti, wait for the Redwood People he had openly recruited in Harrison Port for their ‘blood’ that t his criteria to arrive.
He only needed to wait for the city to develop, for the craftsn to begin constructing agriculture towers, and for Roland and others to explore the valley terrain.
Thus, all his grand sches could get on the right track.
Ian had the patience to wait, just as he was able to wait for four years until he grew up, waiting for the ‘opportunity’ that ca with Yisen Gard and Master Gossay.
However, this ti, Ian had no ti to wait.
Because the next night, Ian received a ssage from the Dragon Worship Cult.
