At the northwest shore of the Great Southern Lake lay Niandu City, known for its chariot-making fa.

On the suburbs of Niandu City, upon the Nanli Peninsula, about thirteen hundred cultivators from the Banshan Sect and the Hundred Refinent Hall had gathered.

"To determine the location of both the Prince’s Tomb and the Ancestor’s Cave Mansion is a technical task," remarked a tall woman as she observed the masters of the Banshan Sect and the Hundred Refinent Hall tackling a dragon-shaped object that erged from the peninsula’s cliffside. Her heart was stirred with excitent as she smiled, "The Banshan Sect’s discovery of this Cave Heaven and Blessed Land from the True King Era is truly remarkable."

Her clear, bright eyes and white teeth shone against her snow-white skin. Her lips were thin on the upper and thick on the lower, made even more distinctive by a small black mole at the right corner of her upper lip.

She wore a goose-yellow crossed-collar robe, its color vibrant and material thin, with a band embroidered with red daylily flowers under each armpit.

The robe reached her knees, and beneath it, she revealed a red pleated skirt that hung heavy, with the tips of her upturned shoes peeking out.

The person speaking to her was none other than the Sect Master of the Banshan Sect, nad Baili Mu. He was of average height and not too old, in his early forties. His voice was soft due to his years of nocturnal activities in the network of tomb passages.

"Saintess Xuan flatters . Since childhood, I practiced the ’Shaking Dragon Scripture,’ and although I had so success, the cultivation technique was incomplete. Fortunately, the young master gifted his treasured ’Shaking Dragon Scripture’ to , allowing my cultivation to advance by leaps and bounds," said Baili Mu in a respectful manner. "The young master’s kindness is as heavy as a mountain and further sent over the ’Uncertainty Dragon Scripture’ and the ’Burial Inversion Wand,’ which aided my cultivation. Now I have reached the Divine Descent Realm, and I can inspect the world’s geomancy and the dragon veins as if they are patterns on my palm. Whether there are treasures or tombs in the mountains, all seem clear to my eyes."

He spoke with a hint of pride.

Actually, the Banshan Sect was an ancient martial sect that existed since the True King Era, but it was involved in the business of beheadings, which hindered its growth, and nearly all of its various cultivation techniques had been lost.

By the ti of Baili Mu’s generation, the sect had waned even more and was on the brink of extinction.

Baili Mu himself was a person of remarkable talent and unsurpassed brilliance; he believed he was no less skilled than his ancestors. It was only unfortunate that their legacy had been interrupted.

Luckily, the young master valued him and gifted the precious three core cultivation techniques of the Banshan Sect, which led to Baili Mu’s current achievents.

After pledging loyalty to the young master, the Banshan Sect flourished, producing one master after another. Among the martial sects in Jianghu, it stood out as second to none.

For this current dragon seizing event, seventeen Nascent Soul Realm masters and six Divinity Transformation Realm powerhouses from the Banshan Sect, leading a thousand other cultivators, had set up a formidable net with the intention of capturing the Magical Treasure nurtured within the cliffside mansion.

The reputation of the Banshan Sect was indeed not favorable, but it was a large martial sect in the West Bull New Continent, comprising about two thousand adept mbers.

The Banshan Sect specialized in the arts of geomancy and divination, and its cultivators were known as Feng Shui Masters and Geomancy Masters. They spent their leisure ti wandering the streets, helping with site selection for construction, determining auspicious dates for weddings, and choosing burial sites that would bless the descendants.

However, those were just their everyday businesses.

They wandered not only to conduct their services but also to observe the world’s mountains and rivers, to locate dragon veins, to determine the location of ancestral tombs or Cave Mansions, to rob graves, breach Cave Heaven and Blessed Lands, and plunder the treasures within.

This trade was imnsely profitable and entirely cost-free. As per the laws of the Great Ming, those caught doing this faced execution, so they carried out their operations with the utmost secrecy.

The Banshan Sect was no different.

Being part of the young master’s interests, the sect always moved in secret; by day, its mbers were Feng Shui Masters, selecting auspicious sites for burial, and by night they beca grave robbers.

As they frequently encountered ghosts, evil spirits, and other supernatural entities at night, they often honed their skills well, attaining substantial levels of cultivation and strength.

—After all, those of lesser ability frequently perished in tombs or were caught by the authorities and beheaded.

The Nanli Peninsula was scarcely trodden by travelers, therefore they were particularly bold in their current operation digging the mansion here.

Even so, they had set up various Enchanting Arrays along the pathway to the peninsula to prevent outsiders from breaking in.

Saintess Xuan smiled lightly, "The young master is indeed generous and magnanimous, an admirable figure. Were it not for that, he would not have captivated so many hearts."

"The young master is truly an unequaled hero of his ti!" Baili Mu’s face grew stern as he displayed a look of reverence, saying, "He cos from a prestigious family and harbors great aspirations. Though young, his insights and understanding are far beyond my own. Across Jianghu, which sect doesn’t hold him in the highest regard? Whenever the young master is ntioned, thumbs shoot up, accolades of him having the ambition of a True Dragon and the capability to save the world are heard without exception."

Saintess Xuan, delighted to hear such high praise for the young master, smiled and replied, "The young master indeed deserves such acclaim."

As the two conversed, the cultivators from the Hundred Refinent Hall had finished setting up the sacrificial altar and loudly announced, "It is ready!"

The altar’s layout was nearly identical to that on Phoenix Ridge at the Taiping Sect, with the cultivators of the Hundred Refinent Hall bringing barrels of Exotic Beast Blood, pouring it into the grooves. Soon, the intricate patterns of the altar’s surface were filled with the blood, and the altar was activated.

Elsewhere, Golden Core Realm cultivators perford their magic, with mist rising and the underworld opening up, circles materializing in the air no more than ten feet in diater.

The Hundred Refinent Hall cultivators maintained the integrity of the circles.

In the air hung talismans, suspended without support, their electric light fiercely connecting one to another, forming a vast net encompassing the space within a certain range.

That was the enormous net laid out by the Banshan Sect.

For this treasure hunt, the Banshan Sect and the Hundred Refinent Hall spared no expense.

At the cliff facing the lake, several cultivators from the Banshan Sect hung by ropes, suspended along the rock face, invoking their Golden Cores to lt away the cliff itself.
