The food was prepared by Lily, candles were lit, and they both sat down in comfortable clothing to dine. She was in her gown, and Leo wore a simple T-shirt and trousers that looked decent. Lily looked unusually happy, as if a huge burden had been lifted off her shoulders.

Lily began.

"So... Where is the beast you contracted? From how it looked, you had a lot of fun with it before you ca ho. Hmph! I will forgive you for not notifying first." She said as she turned her head in exaggerated expression.

Leo just sighed and summoned Shyra.

The mont Shyra was summoned, her eyes went directly to the food kept on the table. But even before her saliva could drip, a soft hand curled it and scooped it up from the surface. And what awaited Shyra was unstoppable nuzzling and cuddling against the soft cheeks of Lily.

Shyra tried to scare Lily away by making threatening sounds. She knew Lily was no harm with her connection with Leo, but this... this needed to be stopped!

Shyra growls soon turned into pleading peeps as she looked at Leo for rescue, only to find him smiling slyly at her.

"Leo... What is this! Why did you keep such a cute thing hidden from ! Are you looking for a beating?" Lily started hissing at him like Shyra.

Leo quickly responded in his defence by saying that Shyra needed to be in Beast Taming space to recover her strength quickly and to get fresh.

"What’s her na?" Lily asked.

"Shyra."

"Wha—how did you co up with such a great na?" She asked, completely baffled.

"A sudden inspiration knocked on my door, but are you willing to assist in naming my future beasts?"

Lily just looked deadpan in his eyes.

"Idiot! Is that sothing to ask? Of course, I am willing. And don’t you dare keep these cuties hidden from in future." She warned as she continued her machinations with Shyra.

"I understand mam!" Leo was startled by how fierce her voice had been at the end.

They continued their ti eating the food, but Lily was now only paying attention to Shyra, feeding her anything she desired.

Did Lily really forget about the bomb she dropped before bathing? She acts as if it were the most natural thing to say...

Suddenly, Lily brought sothing forward.

"Here, eat this. Master Jas gave it for your internal injuries." She said while forwarding over a brown pill.

"This... how did you know I was..." He stopped mid-sentence, seeing Lily glaring daggers at him.

"You... if I catch you again hiding your injuries from , trust , I am not letting you off the hook, you’re getting grounded by being tied over the bed until you heal completely"

What the hell! Why am I getting yandere vibes from her?!

"And of course, you are sleeping with until you are completely healed." She added with a slight smirk.

"Wait wait wait! What are you saying! I am not injured much and you don’t need—!" He was cut off when Lily bolted from her seat and, taking the pill, she pushed it inside his mouth, making him swallow it.

"What did you say? What I didn’t need to?" Lily asked as if delivering a death threat.

Leo swallowed again.

Close!! And what’s this new personality?! Was she always like this? No wait... now that I think, any girl that interacted with would avoid like a plague the next day, was it all her doing?! Damn!

"Lord Zolton, it seems that the restaurant owner is telling the truth. We didn’t find any pink-haired girl in the building." Zolton’s butler said to him.

"Tsk. I should ask my father to get rid of this restaurant owner for real this ti; Can’t he keep his ass out of my fun?" Zolton muttered to himself.

When he arrived at the restaurant, he was in a great mood. Not only did he awaken, but the Baron also appointed him as the official heir, gave him an allowance of 30 Silver, and even stated that if he continued to improve, his allowance might increase along with preferential treatnt to his other siblings. The Baron also approved of him using force to acquire whatever he wanted as long as he didn’t offend soone powerful. This was the reason he had co to the restaurant: because he would just pretend Lily had offended him in so manner and take her away for punishnt, and the restaurant owner wouldn’t be able to do anything, because technically, a commoner had offended a noble, and it was a deed worthy of punishnt.

"Did those 3 dumbasses finish their mission? Where are they?" Zolton questioned his butler as his irritation kept spiking.

"They aren’t back yet, but I am sure they got rid of that man, as dealing with a newly awakened Beast Master, on top of being a common soul, is like dealing with a commoner or more appropriately, an insect.’ The Butler, Arnold, answered promptly.

Arnold was a Great Knight(Low 2-star). He wouldn’t have used the term insect before when Zolton wasn’t awakened, but now that he was, Arnold just wanted to feed his ego and get to bag so coins for himself that Zolton throws away occasionally.

He was a Beast Master with great potential, with a rare soul and a beast with a super bloodline that he got by chance. He beca a great knight relatively quickly. But that success intoxicated him, and he tried his luck by venturing out into the wild. He found a nice place with very few beasts present in it, so he used his dallion that had the capacity to capture 20 Hectares of land now that he was a Great Knight, and claid that territory for himself. But he forgot to account for the reason why only a few beasts were there. And that ca back to bite him in his ass the worst way possible.
