The devouring of the Resentful Spirit caused the Inferior Demon’s power to rise once again.

At the sa ti, it was as if sothing had exploded within the Inferior Demon’s body, and after a mont, it suddenly let out a piercing scream.

Others were relatively fine; the Dark Elf and Flora were rely startled by the sound, their faces a bit pale, but they recovered quickly. After all, they were at the Silver Peak, and despite being sowhat intimidated, they did not suffer any substantial harm.

The surrounding Warriors and Devils were less fortunate, stumbling, with so small Devils even falling to the ground in terror, paralyzed with fear.

This caused the nearby small Devils to crawl over to the Inferior Demon, kneeling as if performing so kind of ritual worship. Clearly, they were genuinely submitting.

The Inferior Demon, seemingly a bit startled, almost instinctively raised an arm, and the next mont, three small Devils were smashed to death, their brains scattered, each falling to the ground bloodied and no longer breathing.

The surrounding small Devils were dumbstruck.

This was absurd; wasn’t there supposed to be no killing upon surrender?

However, none of the remaining small Devils dared to show any dissatisfaction. When the Inferior Demon’s gaze swept toward them, they beca even more terrified, knees buckling to the ground, trembling, and humbly pleading:

"Please don’t kill us... We are willing to serve you as our master, mighty lord, we, your humble servants, will forever remain loyal to you..." and other such pleas.

In that mont, many things transpired.

Originally, the Devils maintained a spectator’s stance, but everything suddenly took a turn for the worse. Not only had the Scorpion Demon been defeated, but even its soul was devoured. These sights delivered a profound impact to the Devils, prompting them in their fear to relinquish any hope of survival and kneel before the Inferior Demon.

A total of more than twenty small Devils knelt down in a dark, dense mass by the roadside.

Within a few minutes.

The Inferior Demon, with collective strength, killed the Scorpion Demon, and despite possessing the ability and Talent to advance to a higher-level Demon, the plan faltered with the appearance of the Inferior Demon.

The remaining small Devils were nearly scared out of their wits.

When they saw the Inferior Demon splatter their companions into at paste as if swatting flies, they were filled with fear. Although this creature looked like a Demon, the small Devils could only think of survival.

Surrender.

It seed the only path, the best path.

The Inferior Demon appeared quite pleased.

It hadn’t expected, quite unintentionally, to have subdued a group of servants. Naturally, it did not forget to report to its master, turning eagerly to Chen Feng, with an earnest look in its eyes.

Chen Feng would not pass up any opportunity to enhance his power. These small Devils had the capability of flight, and once mastered, could be used as an air force.

It wasn’t hard to imagine the scene of small Devils dropping human explosives from high in the sky.

Upon receiving the response, the Inferior Demon easily brought these small Devils under its command.

But the war was far from over.

The Devils roared.

When the Scorpion Demon opened the Dinsion Wall, it was estimated that over three hundred Devils erged from it, disturbing the city’s tranquility.

To achieve victory, these beings must be eradicated.

Chen Feng hesitated only briefly before issuing order after order, and the Summoned Beasts by his side, under his command, charged towards the Devils.

The battle between Silver peak beings and Devils.

This was destined to be a massacre.

......

In a corner of the city.

The Pain Demon’s visage grew grotesque, bloodshot eyes filled with a destructive rage, white smoke puffing from its nostrils, and a beast-like grin slowly spreading at the corners of its mouth.

Monts ago, it had slain dozens more, joyfully consuming the blood of those people, intoxicating the Pain Demon.

Due to its status, the Pain Demon had road Hell, feasting only on bitter kindred, at most other dark creatures.

But now...

It no longer needed to hide, able to openly slaughter and devour.

In the long eons, the Pain Demon was once a weak little demon. In the harsh environnt of Hell, where one either consud or was consud, it had to beco strong to survive.

Standing at a height of 1.8 ters, the Pain Demon was a mass of flesh, eyes as large as orbs, with a tongue like a blade covered in countless toxic thorns, shooting out like brambles, making it impossible for ordinary humans to stand a chance; they beca a corpse in an instant.

Harboring malice, for the Pain Demon, its arrival ant disaster.

Having swallowed countless beings alive, the malice surrounding the Pain Demon grew more intense, almost palpable, with a cold, savage killing intent that could be sensed even from five ters away.

"Die... you lives more insignificant than ants, with your last glimr let my hunger be sated." Gazing at the fleeing crowd, the Pain Demon licked its tongue, which forked like a snake’s, producing a hissing sound, its eyes blood-red with excitent.

```
"Found you..."
However, just as the Pain Demon was about to wreak more havoc, a crisp voice suddenly sounded near its ear.
Not far away...
A girl with a cat tail appeared in front of it.
Flora, with her arms full of gathered energy, even exuded a tallic sheen, her every move resembling an iron torrent, crushing all existence.
From Flora’s appearance to her attack, it was only a matter of seconds before her tallic palm suddenly sliced down, carrying an unstoppable terrifying wave, as if this palm could shatter space and tear the earth apart, while the Pain Demon’s fragile head would be crushed into powder!
Fear began to grow.
The previously brutal Pain Demon, under this powerful assault, had no resistance and could only watch helplessly as the palm struck down, then it fell to the ground like a kite drawing an arc.
Logically, Flora’s palm was akin to a thousand pounds, and the Pain Demon should be unable to escape, but the demon rely spat a few mouthfuls of blood, its bodily functions not extinguished.
Did she miss?
Impossible.
Flora would not make such an elentary mistake.
If it wasn’t unintentional, then it must have depth in aning.
Just as the Pain Demon spat a few mouthfuls of blood, knowing it was defeated and trying to flee, suddenly a massive light beam about two ters appeared in the sky!
Vast, sacred, majestic, righteous, awe-inspiring!
This light beam seed capable of supporting the entire world!
In the mont the light beam appeared, it was like a breaking tide, rushing down with silver-white waves streaking down at incomparable speed...
With a "whoosh" it pierced into the Pain Demon’s spine.
Skin shattered, blood splattered.
The brutal Pain Demon died just like that on the ground.
Dusk hung like blood, the entire sky seemingly cleaved into two by an unparalleled force, drops of blood filling the air. The solemnity made one palpitate until suddenly a gentle sound of wing flapping broke the clouds, and monts later a girl with wings like an angel descended from above.
Under the bloody curtain, the girl shone unrealistically under the twilight, as if she erged from the mythical Celestial Kingdom, without a trace of impurity.
Arriving from the horizon, the girl first went to the Pain Demon’s side, with a wave of her hand a light beam descended, and the terrifying Devil was instantaneously killed, without a hint of resistance.
Then.
The sudden arrival of the girl took a deep breath, floating mid-air, surveying the grieving survivors, a resolve and determination flashing in her sapphire-like eyes. Her radiant wings lightly flapped, her fair skin shimred with enticing glow, and between her brows an extrely holy warm radiance shone, enveloping everyone on the battlefield!
Instantly, everyone felt as if they were soaking in a hot spring, their bodies ward with an indescribable comfort, even more so, powerful strength surged from their bones, and every pore seed to stretch open due to the surging warmth!
Her picturesque brows occasionally arched, most of the ti remaining serene, reflecting bright eyes like lake water under sunset blush, with beauty only enhanced by the fading innocence in her brows.
Ti seed to pause at this mont, the setting sun dropped west, sunlight richer, thus the entire ground seed alive, and when this light filled with slaughter and vitality shone on her face, it beca gentler, so her appearance didn’t beco clearer, but even more beautiful, beauty tinged with a sense of sacredness.
This scene was witnessed by everyone present, simultaneously, a thought arose in everyone’s mind.
That was...
Angel Descends!
......
In fact, Li Siyu was sowhat frightened.
Having recently awakened, this was her first ti facing such brutal enemies and terrifying battles.
If she acted alone, in a one-on-one situation, she couldn’t possibly defeat an enemy like the Pain Demon. In fact, all this was orchestrated by Chen Feng.
He first had Flora injure the Pain Demon, then had her finish off the enemy. She felt like a puppet being controlled, not understanding the reason behind it all, yet as Chen Feng’s subordinate, her duty was simply to obey.
Following that.
Things turned unexpectedly, the survivors on seeing her appearance kneeled in gratitude, with so devoutly bowing to her.
Angel?
Li Siyu heard people call her that, the girl with a pretty face revealed a smile, this was an unprecedented feeling.
Though unsure what to say.
But...
It’s quite nice.
